My wife and my two children and I stayed in this beautiful building from June 22 to 27. We stayed in the apartment on the ground floor. The location is ideal, just a few steps from the port, in a quiet and scenic area. The apartment is extremely comfortable, clean and furnished with taste and attention to detail. The room is bright and spacious, the backrest is comfortable and original, the kitchen is extremely functional. What made the stay even more memorable was the hospitality, warmth and availability demonstrated by the owners of the property, Venetsiana and Mikalis, since our landing on this spectacular island! They have not done us a hand and they have taken everything to our heart.

A wonderful stay.

Lovely apartment in every aspect...only one point for improvement.  The wfifi connection was incredibly slow...but then again, we are supposed to be on holiday.  Great location (right by harbour with restaurants, shops and supermarkets yet quiet in evenings), all required facilities and perfectly serviced.

Perfect apartment for families in symi harbour

We stayed in the upstairs 2 bed apartment as 2 couples. We really enjoyed our stay. There was a lovely terrace area to use and the hosts were very friendly and flexible, even coming to meet us off an earlier ferry after a last minute change. The location was excellent. Although we only stayed for 2 nights we would have happily spent longer there. Facilities were good and everything you need including coffee, towels, hairdryer, air conditioning etc.

Authentic Greek experience

A wonderful experience. The perfect house to be in the perfect location of the Island. Recently refurbished apartments, high ceiling and very traditional ! Excellent space with perfect amenities! We stayed for 5 nights. Two excellent rooms, kitchen , coffee machine etc . Everything was there ! The owners are very friendly and helpful. We experienced the perfect holidays. We need to thank the owners for making this happen. We will come back for sure ! 

Summer 2019 - the best place in Symi to stay 

We arrived early by ferry and the owner kindly welcomed us and brought us to the property to store our luggage while the rooms were made ready. The location is great, very close to the harbour, in a peaceful location, the only steps to the accommodation are the ones up to the apartment itself. The ground floor may be easier if you struggle with steps. On the top floor we enjoyed a wonderful view across the town from our balcony, perfect for breakfast or a glass of wine as the sun sets. This place is great for couples, but would suit a family well too. On the last morning he owners parents kindly invited us for coffee and to see the view from their terrace on the top floor.

Great location and lovely views

Stayed here for 1 night and it was a holiday within a holiday.lovely traditional Greek style apartment.quaint ,clean and lots of room.it is situated about 2 minutes walk from the harbour on a lovely quaint winding street.from the other reviews true you don't have a view of the harbour,however we found the winding little Greek style street on which it is located so charming.so quite and away from the hustle and bustle of the harbour.the host was so welcoming and let us use the apartment until out boat departed that evening.we will definitely return to here some day.amazing.

Amazing

We were going to stay for several nights but we changed our minds when we arrived because reality had nothing to do with the photos...The toilets are dirty, the furniture is old, the mattress is uncomfortable, the door to the main room looks straight into the street, there is no terrace but an inner courtyard in disorder...Even if we left the same day, the owner owed us the price for all the nights.

A bad experience to avoid

You can't help falling in love with that place!Undoubtedly one of the best hotels to stay when visiting Symi, with easy access to the port and exceptional  amenities. Spacious and well decorated, it gives you a sensse of the aristocratic past of the island.It is located in one of the picturesque alleys very close to small beautiful shops.Peaceful and relaxing. The hostess Mrs Venetsiana is adorable and willing to help you find whatever you need.I am definitely going back next year.

When luxury meets tradition...

The apartment is outdated and has cheap old basic amenities, the bathroom is old and miserable. The living room opens directly into the street, it's a rather dirty back street, with no view at all. Very low value for money! We have also had an extremely negative experience with the owner. Would not recommend.

Overpriced 2 star “hotel” with a miserable bathroom

It was so far away from the pictures and what was advertised that we decided to leave! The pictures are photoshopped. The bathroom is outdated and insalubrious. The so called garden that some reviews refer to has never been refurbished or cleaned and is a pile of mess. 
If you pay more attention than I did, you will realize that this "hotel" has 2 stars - and this is indeed correct. But then why the price? We have stayed in luxurious places in Greece for 120-130 eur/night in June. This is not one of them! This is the kind of place you get at 60-70 eur/night in Greece.
