This hotel is a very nice, and much more than a « 3 stars » hotel.
We stood there with my friend for one week, and honestly for Spetses it s a such good quality/price deal. The location is excellent, it s also calm, and really authentic welcoming. The breakfast is homemade every morning by the charming cooker and the establishment (room/pool/common part) is clean, lovely and typical.

Just a fabulous old mansion near the sea , rooms have large high wooden ceilings which remind you off an old ship. We had 2 windows with views of the sea just over the road. We found the rooms very quiet at all times. Air con excellent considering 35 degrees outside
Pool area lovely and we had it to ourselves most days , it will as like our own private pool.
Pool and beach towels provided .
Breakfast !!! Just wow, all homemade and slightly different each day plus you can always ask for something . Large portions and we saved our cakes for afternoon tea 😁

We have just spent 4 nights at this wonderful historic mansion & enjoyed our stay very much.We had a front room with beach view,comfortable bed & great shower.The staff were very helpful & the mansion very clean.The swimming pool was just fabulous to relax by,  in a beautiful quiet enviroment.The location of the Mansion just a short walk to the New Port and closeby many bar & restaurant choices.A special thanks to Dimitrious for collecting us too & from port ferry....just a great stay on the very laid back island of Spetses.

A short walk from the Spetses port, the simple elegance of this small refined hotel and the personal service is a delightful contrast to touristy resort hotels. The facilities offered are of the highest quality and the swimming pool and daily breakfast variations were a delightful surprise

I just returned from a 4 day stay at this hotel -- and had also booked an additional room for friends. Would recommend the sea view room. Very nice hotel - well managed, with nice breakfast at the pool. Rooms are very nice, and bathrooms very clean. 

We enjoyed the room, the hotel's proximity to town, ferry terminal, beaches, excellent seafood restaurant and tavernas, both organized and open that one can walk to in few minutes. Indeed, we enjoyed the open free beach, both in terms of sandy beach and clear water.

Friendly, beautiful garden, nice authentic building. Home made products by the breakfasts.

Charming hotel 15 minute walk from the ferry terminal. Stayed here for 5 nights in June and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast in the morning served by the pool got our days off to a great start. Beautifully restored old building built in 1871 in a lovely location just outside the centre of town. We had a downstairs room which was more than adequate for our needs. Would thoroughly recommend staying here. The only negative was the wifi - very slow at times.

Weekend in Spetses

The hosts were unfriendly to minors. In addition, the breakfast was quite mediocre for the price paid, so poor value for money. On one occasion, our nephew visited our room to pick us up, and the host followed him indiscretely and wanted to check him out, while we were talking.
