Amazing Greek Hospitality always feeling home

The property is very well cared for along with the villas on site. Well outfitted, comfottable bed, spotless, laundry on site, delicious breakfast basket delivered to your door each morning. Lovely for families or ones looking for peace, quiet and relaxation. Hosts are lovely people and very attentive.

It was a green lush haven in the heat. Close to Leonidio town and the beach. The owners were very helpful and welcoming. Really enjoyed my stay there.

An amazing farm with Greek filoxenia as you expecting we love this place

Excellent place! Super friendly! Best Holidays since a while. Area is perfekt for climbers.

What a wonderful stay we had at Aggrliki.. the accommodation was clean and very comfortable …which was cleaned every 2days along with refreshing our sheets and towels…. One of the very special touches was the daily breakfast baskets which felt like a surprise gift  and in a wonderful way more than staying in a B&B … fresh organic fruit, eggs, yoghurt, bread, preserves, pastries, coffee and tea  .. local beaches and tavernas were very reasonable and so we would definitely recommend a stay here….

Very nice and quiet location, exactly what we were looking for! The breakfast basket was excellent and our cottage was fully equipped with a homey feeling. It is obvious that Aggeliki & Sarantos love what they are doing so do yourself a favor and visit Agroktima.

The hospitality and food are amazing. Maria and her family were very welcoming and made sure our stay was unforgettable. 

The lodging was very clean and comfortable. 

You must try the food. Everything from breakfast to dinner is home cooked. Maria even stayed up late one night to cook us a meal. This is a must try place!

Wonderfull experience. Everything was beyond our expectations. Environment, cleaness, breakfast and hospitality that deserve 5star review. It's a great place to relax and enjoy family moments. We will keep those memories for long time.

Perfect place to stay in Chios

Spent one night here and was pleasantly surprised. Each home feels very rustic but contains everything you would need. There is a washer/drier that people can use. The property is 2km from the beach. The breakfast was incredible, and enough food for 4 people (delivered to your doorstep in a basket). 

Quaint countryside homes near the ocean

I spent dive days at Agroktima end august, just wish I stayed longer. My bungalow was just perfect, with a bathroom and kitchen and a small sitting area outside on the lower lever, a living room with balcony on the half lever and the bedroom on the higher lever. It’s was all so so cute. The whole concept is great, easy to book, change the date and a reminder email two days before! 
I was welcomed by the owner who was very kind.
The breakfast is probably something I’ll never forget! They leave a basket outside your room and there such variety with breads, tiropita or other salted types, home made jam, honey, oranges from they garden, honey... I loved it.
Everything was spotless, the owner and receptionist very helpful. In fact I had such a great time, that I didn’t even réalisé I had to leave.
The area is really beautiful, the village of Leonidio is very cute, and the tavernas by the small port really good.
I’d love to go back, and will probably plan it again.

A real gem!

Everything was perfect, we had a wonderful time.First of all  amazing location,all you see is green.Helpful,friendly and nice hosts,beautiful guesthouses fully equipped, very  clean and cozy.Big garden  with playground for children.Wonderful breakfast basket, we loved it and every morning we were like a children waiting for christmas present :) Full with fresh pastry from the local bakery, fresh fruits, fresh eggs and home made marmelades.
 A very short drive both to the beach and Leonídion.We hope that we will come back!

Family vacation

Everything was perfect, we had a wonderful stay!
Caring, polite, helpful hosts, amazing location, beautiful guesthouses fully equipped, convenient, clean, with patio and balcony, big garden, pet friendly, with playground for children, everything well cared for. Wonderful breakfast basket, with fresh delicacies from the local bakery, fresh fruits, fresh eggs and home made marmelades.
Convenient location, a very short drive both to the beach and Leonídion.
Strongly recommend and look forward to stay in the Farmhouse again!


A wonderful stay

Checking in was smooth despite the covid situation. Love the traditional design, high ceiling and fireplace in the living room. The bed area on a higher level looking over the main room gives a feeling of spaciousness.  Another great thing is having 2 balconies, both looking over different views, and another outside seating area at the second entrance door. Breakfast came in a lovely picnic basket, everything was fresh, homemade and taste great, we prepared the food ourselves.

A place with characters!

The stone houses are very clean and attention is given to safety measures for COVID.  The units are well supplied with everything you need.  Grounds are kept immaculate with lush grass which isn’t easy to maintain in Greece especially in the summer. Close proximity to Plaka beach.  Breakfast is brought to you in a picnic basket with all fresh items.  They even accommodated the dietary restrictions that my 
husband and I have .  We had a very nice weekend and plan on going back soon.

Wonderful long weekend stay

The place is fantastic, the services provided excellent and the hosts' hospitality unique. All you see is green. It's very clean, it smells cleanness from the moment you walk in. The products in the breakfast basket are from the owners' farm. Everything was perfect, nothing to observe. We'll definitely go back!!!
