We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of May. They were updating the rooms at the time and the hotel was very quiet. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. The location was very quiet when we were there. The room had every ther needed. Yes the room and the bathroom were small but we were out all day. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the water in the shower was hot and strong. The rooms were also very clean. Best bakery 100 m down the road. So close to Port, shops. Restaurants and buses and hire cars. What more could you want. Very reasonably priced!!

We stayed at Iliopetra Rooms for 5 nights: we had a beautiful room with terrace. The staff was also very kind and we enjoyed our time here. It´s also only about 3 min to the city center by foot.
I would defininetly rebook it next time coming to Milos! :)

Me and my boyfriend stayed in Iliopetra for a week and it was a great experience!
The room was really cute, all in whites and so clean, you could smell it every time you entered the room.
Even thought we didn't have a room with a view, outside our door was a small table with two chairs for us and they made our top sheet into a bow every time they cleaned our room! 

Lovely rooms, clean quiet, very close to Port, Beach and bus stop for touring the island. Julia, the owner was very friendly , helpful and informative. A definate place for our return visit, beds very comfortable

Spacious clean room,with coffee making facilities,fridge, air con and television.Traditional family run hotel with excellent traditional Greek hospitality.The owners are so friendly ,and will help with any queries about the hotel,the island,days out....just about anything.All this for only 25 euros a night.Stayed for 7 nights. Will definitely return.

It is the third time that I stay at Iliopetra, and it still surprises me how great this place is. The owners go well beyond their duty to accommodate us - from finding the room that best fits our needs (and those of our friends who decide to join us last minute), to calling their contacts at different beaches in the morning to see which ones have the calmest waters due to changes in wind direction. The rooms are equipped with closets, tables, mini fridge, kitchen utensils, mosquito repellant, A/C, hairdryer, and they all feature wooden blinds for the sun and cute balconies! Located on a side road, the center of Adamas (where all the restaurants and the coffee shops are located) is less than a 5min walk away, but you get absolute quietness at night, and a cool sea breeze at all times. There is a bakery two doors down that stays open pretty much all the time, and a supermarket next to it with fresh produce and very good prices. I almost did not want to write a review for this place for fear of it being crowded in the future, but I owe it to Julia (the owner) to express my gratitude for everything she has done to ensure we have the best time every time we come to Milos.

A family run complex, lovely rooms and such friendly owners and staff.The position is ideal 250 metres from the water(water views from top floor) upermarket is same street , plus  th bakery in thr port area., close to  the jetty and bus/taxi stand. The rooms are spotless and have A/C ,flat screen TV, fridge etc. Can recommend these rooms

We stayed here for 4 nights and paid only 25 euros per night. Our room was clean and spacious. A somewhat weird smell that we after a while understood was the flowers outside right under the AC. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. A VERY short walk from the center of Adamas.

We stayed for 8 days at Iliopetra in August and we liked a lot the kindness of the staff, the daily cleaning and availability to frequently change bath towels and bed sheets.
However, the room is quite small, the whole bathroom is as big as a shower box.
The location is near the port but in the middle of a car parking lot which affects a bit the view.
We understand that it was high season and that Milos is relatively more expensive than other islands, but 120 EUR p/n is a bit too pricey for what Iliopetra offers. We paid less for larger rooms or even apartments in Lefkada, Paros, Santorini, Simi, Sifnos.

Too pricey for what it offers

First of all, the room wasn't the same as the pictures that are shown on the website. Secondly the staff was  impolite because she force us to leave the room for clean . Generally was quiet and clean..
