Spiros’ room is the most quiet and comfy place we could find. Five minutes from the seaside you can access the cute villa from a small street in the inside. The garden has something magical and the the balcony let us have very relaxing moments.  Gioula and her family are very welcoming and made us feeling home!

Very good value for money accommodation option in Panormos. Rooms are almost located in the forest, app 500 m from the sea, with “natural air conditioning” from the nearby trees. Though the building looks rather old from outside, rooms are renovated and clean, with daily service which replaces towels. Very pleasant service from owners. 

We stayed here for a week on our honeymoon at the end of September 2018 and we couldn't fault anything about our stay . Spiros and his wife Vasso were the most accommodating and friendliest hosts we have ever met . The rooms are so clean and made up dailey with gifts of homemade cake , jam , puddings and olives left in our room . Spiros gave us a lift into Skepolos town to save us from getting a bus and serenaded us with his guitar in the evening. 
We were so happy to have found this place and sad to leave. It was the most perfect week ever in the most beautiful resort.

Really relaxing moments in a natural and quite environment. Rooms are very clean and cozy. The owners so friendly and helpful. Beach is close by and there are also bikes to use for a ride.  If you don't care for staying close to Skopelos town it is ideal since you are 10' ride from the best beaches. 

We gad a 6 night stay and can honestly say one of the best holidays. Set in an olive grove.....near Panormos beach. Beautiful location. Clean and simple accomodation. The hospitality offered by Spiros and Vasso was faultless.....from greeting us on arrival with homemade apricot jam and cake to regular offerings of traditional greek fare abf homegrown fruit.
Spiros loves to socialise and play guitar and sing with his guests.
Would strongly recommend uf you like traditional greek hospitality.
WARNING: wasps prevalent across whole of in September so if you are allergic avoid!!!

Stayed in this fantastic complex at Panormos and very glad we did.

The rooms are about 500m off the main road and are reasonably easy to find and well signposted. The walk from the rooms to the beach takes about 7 minutes, and depending on how many wines you have for dinner it takes about 10-12 minutes to get back. 

Spiros and Vasso are fantastic hosts and very welcoming and friendly to all. Once you are settled in you will be invited for coffee or an evening drink by the bbq area, and if you hang around long enough you will end up drinking, eating and dancing all night.

The rooms are excellent and incredible value for money. Whilst not expecting too much we were amazed that it had one of the best showers we have used in all of Greece, with plenty of hot water and pressure in a well laid out bathroom.

The room itself is very tastefully decorated and the bricked in bed very comfortable.

It was a great stay and Spiros Rooms comes highly recommended.


We had a lovely stay in these idyllic, off the beaten track rooms. The staff were absolutely lovely, as we had a warm welcome and nice chats everyday with the couple who owns the place (Spyros and his wife) and their daughter. They left us fresh fruits/veg in our room everyday and even offered to take us somewhere on their motorbike. 
If you want a calm, peaceful spot 5-minutes away from the beach, then this is it! They will lend you bikes to travel around panormos or you can take the bus to Skopelos town (or taxi, 18 euros). Thank-you for a lovely stay!
