What a great place, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day this is the place to come. Quirky, but a lovely. The owners and there staff would do anything to make your stay great. The pool is deep and the children's pool is about 4 feet deep. The pool side bar was not open, l believe it's been closed all year. You can purchase drinks from inside the hotel. The rooms are ok, you get free Aircon and a fridge. Breakfast is a buffet which has a great selection. Every room has a balcony.

It was one of our best holidays. In a very calm area, but so close to the perfect beach. Hotel pool is clear and very deep. Small one for kids, too. Hotel room have all needed, small fridge, aircondition and very good shower.
All was clean and they change our beds 3 times. The owners are friendly and so kind.
Breakfast is easy, but it was good enough for us (tasty and fresh).

I would welcome some quieter music in the reception or for breakfast. 


As others have said, simple, quaint, traditional and perfect for a safe, quiet break away. 

Loved all the quirkiness of old-school shower curtains and crazy showers but it all works and keep you cool and happy.

Breakfast was perfect for the hot climate and access to it at 5.30am before leaving on our last day was above and beyond! 

Comfy beds, friendly service and a really relaxed feel.

Remember the small steps after dark...I fell down one and raised my ankle but the delivery of extra ice tot he room was much appreciated!

Started our Greek Island hopping trip with this incredibly charming and typically friendly hotel, ticked all the boxes, excellent location, lovely pool area and very reasonably priced, we didn't want to leave and Panormos is a truly beautiful place as well, we are now over in Skiathos but really miss this gem of a hotel.

Couple and teenage son (17). This was a holiday we had postponed due to the pandemic, so we were really looking forward to it. I have been visiting Greece for over 35 years - and love more traditional resorts. Panormas and the Afrodite Hotel did not disappoint! A traditionally styled hotel, which we expected and our apartment was roomy, clean and had a fabulous sea view, just as we had requested. Breakfast is continental and abundant, taken in the lovely setting by the pool. The staff are lovely and friendly. 
The location of the hotel is perfect for us, and the pebble beach suits us all. The sea is the clearest I have ever seen and the sunsets are stunning!
Tavernas a-plenty - but we ended up going to Rigas every day, to use their sunbeds, have lunch and for our evening meals too! Amazing service and fabulous food every time.
Our only issue with the Afrodite - which didn't spoil our holiday, but could have made it better - was that the pool bar was closed, there aren't enough sun beds and the pool needs proper walk in style steps, for those of us with dodgy knees - as hauling myself out on the metal steps was painful - which is why we unfortunately only used the wonderfully deep pool for two days out of 14 :0( 
All in all, one of the best resorts we have ever visited in Greece and a fabulous hotel too. 
We will return!

Well what can we say. What a wonderful stay. Owners warm and welcoming. The room is located less than 100m away from the beach. The breakfasts are basic but enough to see you through to dinner, rooms were kept clean fresh bedding each day, this may be due to end of season which we prefer so its perfect and we got more than we expected. Only downside if any was the beds are hard and few channels on the tv in the evening which we like after an evening out but each to their own... OVER ALL PERFECT 2 WEEK STAY FOR US gutted when we left which is a first for me. 

Spent a lovely week at this traditional Greek hotel. The rooms are basic but have everything needed along with hairdryers and fridge.
Clean towels and sheets every day.
The staff are lovely nothing is too much trouble. I loved the Greek yoghurt and honey at breakfast, my husband liked the toasted sandwiches. 
There are lots of lovely places to eat along the main road and on the beach. Nothing is very far away. We did the Mama Mia trip which was excellent are guide and driver were great.
Would definitely recommend this hotel and holiday.

A very peaceful hotel for relaxing with friendly and helpful stuff. Simple nice clean rooms in wonderful location surrounded by pine forest hills. Breakfast was served under covid rules providing wide choice of products including local bio fruits. The stuff provided their service behind a protective glass. We had to leave very early in the morning so that stuff made sure to have breakfast and coffee available for us before 7.30 am. Beautiful gardens and swimming pool (one for adults, smaller one for kids). We come to this hotel for many (12) years and we definitely come back again. We consider it our Greek Home.

We enjoyed our stay at the Afrodite Hotel, a family run hotel in the traditional Greek style, which was what we expected. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, but needed some updating. The other rooms we saw looked fine. 
The hotel is conveniently positioned close to the beach and tavernas. The greek style breakfast was fine with plenty of food to choose from.  The hotel staff were friendly and helpful .
It was excellent value for money and we would stay there again.

Afrodite is a charming Greek hotel with very obliging kind staff.  The rooms were spotlessly clean with crisp white cotton sheets and very comfortable beds.  We slept so well as it was so quiet. The bathroom was very clean with great hot showers! It was exactly what we and our friends needed after the last 2 years, a complete chill out. Breakfast was a delight as we chose from an array of breads, cakes, yoghurt, cereal, fruit, cheese, tomatoes and the local honey and olive oil, all served very hygenically. The beach was so close we got up for a 7.30am swim in the flat calm sea every morning, bliss! Many great restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Regular buses to Skopelos town and other beaches but our beach is the best!  We would recommend Afrodite for a quiet real Greek getaway, we loved it and hope to return.

Perfect Greek family hotel

Afrodite is in the perfect location. Paramos beach is seconds away and in my opinion is the best beach nearby! The staff are friendly but there is a language barrier if you’re English. It is a clean hotel and I would recommend if you want a quieter place to stay or using this accommodation as simply somewhere to sleep.
