The view takes your breath away it’s stunning , great location five minute bus ride to town and the beach is quiet peaceful also a great pool ! The rooms are well kept cleaned everyday with a very lovely family running it and staff it’s everything you need , we’ve already booked with them for next year xxx

An authentic Greek experience x

The best thing about this hotel is that it isn’t run by a big corporation. It’s a family business and we were made to feel most welcome- the matriarch of the house even brought us a plate of the most delicious sardines I’ve ever had (she even served it with a bottle of ouzo, which was such a lovely and appreciated gesture!) 
I do love to cook so working in the basic kitchen was a challenge- in the end, I gave up and we ate at out in town. Absolutely amazing views: we had one of the few side-rooms and even then, the view was lovely. Pool is small and lovely and the beach turned out to be perfect for us: no music! I loved it! Note that there is a gorgeous dog on site- he lives in the outdoor kennel and can be a bit vocal at night sometimes. 

I’d certainly stay here again!

The place is the definition of "pet friendly" environment.We stayed at one of the appartments with our two dogs, the smallest of which accidently attacked one stuff member. The hotel owners immediately reacted, providing the necessary medical help to the maid,made sure about the safety restoration for the clients, yet, had a totally human reaction towards us and the dogs, letting us stay for one night indoor, as it was difficult to find last minute accomodation. Excellent reaction to an unexpected event. Furthermore, the place has a wonderful view and a large fenced field, where an ex abused dog , Valentino, lives a great life, with love and affection, large walks at the beach and the care of the hotel's owner and her lovely daughter! Definately a must for seekers of accomodation and pet owners!

Totally pet friendly environnment!

The view from the outdoor area of our 2 adjacent ground floor studio was outstanding. Eating our breakfast out here every morning was a highlight of our visit to Skiathos.
The studios were basic and equipped for one pot cooking but they were spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable.
We enjoyed dinner in Rada the beach restaurant below which is separate from the hotel.

Comfortable accommodation with fabulous views

This property has to have one of the most outstanding views on Skiathos, & we’ve been to the island countless times.  The apartment was spotlessly clean and the owner goes a step beyond to make your stay and experience a total pleasure. Comprising three separate three storey buildings we were lucky enough to have been given an apartment in the highest of the three; one drawback, one hell of a climb back from the beach / pool…the latter again being spotlessly clean.  The beach itself is narrow and shingle and the nearby Kassandra Bay luxury hotel claims “exclusivity”, total nonsense !  A much better beach with choice of tavernas is just a 10 minute walk away at Achladies whose nearest supermarket will deliver free if you spend at least €25.  If you know Skiathos, it’s at bus stop 9.  Would we stay here again, 100%.

One non hotel related point, we ate at the beach’s Rada restaurant the first night given the  convenience of its location …. we didn’t again !

Outstanding Views & Service

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for ten days at the end of August going into September and were very happy with our choice of accommodation. The view is breathtaking! Room large in size (we stayed ground floor room 3 in new block) bathroom bigger than average in size with a good shower and plenty of space to unpack toiletries etc. The room is the same basic Greek style as the rest of the island however the furniture is light, and theirs nice pictures on the wall. Dressing table, handheld mirror, iron, hairdryer, mosquito repellent plug ins etc, all little details thought of. If staying local is your thing the pool, beach, bar, sun loungers, food and water sports are all less than 2 minutes away. Plenty of parking and a big open space of AstroTurf to lounge around on. 
Apart from under the beds the room was spotlessly clean, and we seemed to have clean towels almost everyday. 
Staff were very friendly and easy going. For the price I don’t think you can do better whilst still getting a view like this. 
One thing I would note is when we went the hotel was pretty empty (end of a COVID season I guess) we didn’t see anyone at the pool and it was very peaceful and quiet all round - I could imagine it might be a bit different if it was full and with kids and families etc.

ONE WORD "AMAZING" 

We did not get to stay in this hotel. 
What happened was that we had booked two nights in June 2018 - had a kayaking trip planned, where we would be moving from one location onto the next one. Unfortunately, a family member passed away, so we needed to cancel the booking last moment. Although cancellation fee was due, the hotel expressed their condolences and decided to waive the fee as an act of kindness. This was not the case with other places we had booked and we really appreciate their gesture. It did reduce our (financial) loss greatly. 
We cannot thank you enough for the understanding and compassion. Special thanks to Chrissa whom we were talking to.

Customer service & humanity

The property is very well located vlose to the port and the beaches. As with all properties in Skiathos I would always recommend a car or bike. The bus service is iffy and the island hilly so I would say get a vehicle/bike. The apartments are decent, great views, nice bathrooms and decent Aircon- nothing fancy. A few blocks so make
Sure to request the newer block.

A decent product

We have just returned from a lovely week at this hotel, room was cleaned daily, unbeatable sea views from all rooms, manager was really helpful and couldn't do enough for us, everything you need for a enjoyable holiday in Skiathos, we have visited Skiathos on four occasions and this is by far the best hotel with the best views and we will   definitely be rerunning.
