We stayed at this superbly located guest house during Covid, before the rooms were refurbished... the sisters were amazing and provided us with an amazing breakfast bought to our room each morning (enough to make lunch from each day) and they went above and beyond to help me get a prescription without the need for seeing a doctor when I had a recurring water infection... what more could we ask... the new rooms look LOVELY and i long to come back and have the superior top room as we did before with the amazing balcony.

EXCELLENT care for guests

We stayed in three rooms at Club Orsa. All were extremely comfortable with unbeatable sea views. The breakfasts were very generous and perfect for us, and the location spectacular -- dramatic cliff-top position, close enough to the main part of town for easy access to shops and restaurants by foot, far enough away to get a bit of peace and quiet (though you can hear some late-night noise from the town in some, but not all, rooms). The staff and owners are all absolutely lovely -- extremely courteous and helpful; when we had to change our travel plans at short notice because our daughter was a little unwell, they helped us get somewhere to stay. And if you want a lovely food/drink experience but don't want the walk into town, the Salkimi restaurant (just up the hill from Club Orsa, a one minute walk) is absolutely fantastic -- comfortable, relaxed, panoramic sea views from a covered patio. This is a fantastic place in a lovely part of the world; we will certainly visit again!

We spent 2 nights in this lovely guest house. We where welcomed in French (our mother tongue) by the owner and her daughter.  The family that runs the guest house is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice with all the comfort needed. In addition you can enjoy a superb view from your privative terrasse. 
The breakfast is also excellent.

I highly recommend this place if you intend to visit Skiathos.

Lovely guest house with a view

Totally amazing , Orsa was superb host, room was amazing location and well presented, private access to the ocean was amazing, new global favourite location, very relaxing and a hundred yard walk to the harbour and restaurants.

Truly Amazing

Wow! What a beautiful location with the most comfortable bedroom and the most delightful sea view ever .Ouriana was so helpful and was full of recommendations for places to go and things to do ,she is a truly lovely lady.Breakfast on the terrace was  much looked forward to every morning with a good choice to suit all from eggs,bacon etc to fresh fruit ,yogurt and pastries.The guest house is in such a good location to the old port but is quiet and private Take a short walk down from the guest house  and you can swim from the rocks which is magical!. The transport to and from the airport was such a lovely touch and much appreciated as one less thing to organise.I cant wait to return to this beautiful island and stay at Chrysoulas Guest House again!

Absolutely stunning!

Wonderful Guest House with great staff located at prefect place with stunning view to the see with islands. Oriana was always ready to provide great recommendations for trips, restaurants, car or boat rent. Both crystal clear water and city center nearby. Fully recommend for family holiday! Petr and Bára 

Amazing family holiday 

My next visit to Skiathos: I will stay at the same place, no doubt. Deluxe room for 3 with balcony and nice view. Very clean room, and the best bed ever! Delicious breakfast with a view. Welcoming and sweet hosts. Actually, I am torn between: keeping this place as a secret, or tell everyone about it! This is close to Old Port and everything nice - but of course, with this view, you have to climb some stairs 

Just beautiful 

This guest house cannot be faulted. Orsa and Ouriana are the most warm, friendly and helpful people, nothing is too much trouble for them to ensure you enjoy your stay to the maximum. The rooms are excellent, (spotlessly clean), the views over the sea, harbour and Bourtzi are spectacular. Breakfast is taken on a raised terrace overlooking the sea and has something for everyone with cereals, fruit, bread, cooked meats, eggs (including omelette), bacon, mini sausages, salad....I could go on.
Just a couple of minutes down to the old port, but there is no noise at night which enables you to have an undisturbed sleep. The lift to and from the airport and help with the luggage is a lovely touch, certainly one my wife and I were very grateful for.

Wonderful people, wonderful gust house..

This is a collection of luxury rooms and suites – some conversions, some newly built – on the Western promontory of the Old Harbour.  Access will suit only the able-bodied, but the reward for your climb is one of the most stunning views on the Island. All the bars and tavernas are within a 5 – 15 minute walk. Arrivals and departures are no problem – you get free transfers from and to the airport and your luggage is carried for you.  Our Superior Suite was No 2 in Mansion Ourania with a large semi-circular balcony with marble balustrade (visible for miles around) and a 180-degree view of the harbour on the left and the open sea with Skopelos and the minor islands on the right.  Sitting there, ouzo in hand, on the very comfortable loungers, watching the light fade magically over the bay was one of those experiences which only Greece can provide.
The room had everything you could wish for – fridge, kettle, walk-in shower and separate bath tub, very comfortable beds (with rather firm pillows), good wardrobe/drawer space, efficient air con, flat screen TV (Netflix but no BBC nor CNN) with furnishings, toiletries and decor of a very high standard. Breakfast was exceptional, for Greece.  The location, on a shaded, sea-facing terrace, is perfect.  An abundance of fresh fruit, yoghurt, eggs three ways, cold meats and cheese, home-made pastries and excellent coffee.  The sisters Orsa and Ourania, are your perfect hosts and will advise you on everything from beaches and boat-trips to restaurants. This hotel is exemplary in every way.  It will not suit those who insist on lying by a swimming pool all day (there isn’t one), but for the rest of us, it is the perfect place to stay on this lovely island.
