Manolis gave a warm friendly welcome and showed me around a very large room. Plenty of wardrobe/draws in room with good air con, great house keeping daily and if you require anything, simply ask. Ideal location for walking down the Main Street and harbour.

Solo visit to paradise

Had a fantastic stay, Manolis was great with all the information on the island we needed and was always on hand if we needed anything.
The room was great as it had everything we needed especially the air con and the pool was a blessing.
The accommodation is in an ideal location for the port and the nearest beach was about 5-10  min walk away.
I'll certainly be back.

Great stay at Manolis House

Fantastic... wonderful garden and manolis super nice... rooms full of cookies and daily cleaning... shoener pool and love of detail in the decoration of garden and rooms.

It's perfect.

Nice quiet and relaxing environment, attentive and gentle owner, location near the center, recommended. main course and back corner but despite the proximity the place remains quiet.

I got it.

Here now and what a fabulous place. From the start Manolis greeted us and made sure that we were comfortable and is an absolute font of knowledge of anything to do with the island and helps in any way he can to give you the information. Book it and you won't be disappointed.

Fab holiday

If you would like to stay in town this is the perfect choice. Only a few minutes walk to the Skiathos town center. 
Modern rooms with new furniture , toilet , shower etc. Mattress are Coco mat! Wow.
It has a pool that we never used cause the beaches in Skiathos are beautiful. 
Manolis is very helpful and welcoming. 
Value for money. 
We prefer staying in the center so we could travel to a different beach during the day and walk to the center at night.
He qlso has 2 rooms available at the old port.

This is a villa with a swimming pool in a garden where every detail is carefully taken care of by the owner who is very kind and attentive to every request. I arrived with a briefcase taken away from the airport operators and he repaired it for me!!! In addition he gave us a lot of useful information and worked hard to print us return tickets and Plf. The rooms are large, clean and fresh, equipped with a nice terrace. The lingerie has been changed almost daily, and anyway on request even more often.

Like at home but cocoa and revered

Manolis house was such a nice experience, very good location and the very friendly and serviceminded owner Manolis himself. Perfect pool och very clean and comfortable room, with very nice beds, wich one is not spoilt with at other similar hotels i greece. Thank you Manolis, we will be back soon /Bjarne and Annika

Great hotel in perfect location

We are just back from a week at Manolis house. We have been to Skiathos lots of times in the past but this is the nicest place we have stayed. It’s also in a great location.
It’s really easy to walk into the centre of the town, located near a good supermarket and bus stop 4 , which was ideal for trips to the beach. The pool was lovely and at a nice temperature.
We stayed in one of the studios . The beds are comfortable and the modern bathroom and shower were  brilliant.
The whole place is kept spotlessly clean by the friendly maid. Having Manolis on site was great - he was available and really helpful if we needed anything. 
We will definitely go back next tine we visit Skiathos.

Perfect location

Just arrived back from another fabulous holiday in Skiathos, stayed at Manolis House for the 1st time and definitely will not be the last, locked away behind a very safe gate is this beautiful Greek house. White clean rooms, lovely pool and pool area, gardens are amazing & Manoli is such a lovely man, nothing is any trouble, his mother even gave us home cooked food just out of the blue!!
5 minutes stroll into the town centre, WiFi, safe, internet & fridge were all free or included in the price so it was nice not having to pull extra euros out.
If you come across the house book it as it’s so worth it!!!
