We have just spent two weeks in this little gem of a villa.We had a beautiful 2 bed apartment very spacious and extremely clean.The bathroom and shower was amazing five star quality.Our apartment was thoroughly cleaned every day and fresh towels and bedding provided.The owner Stavtos is so helpful and friendly.We had the pool yo ourselves most of the time which was amazing. Plenty of restaurants around and a short walk to the beach.I honestly can't recommend this place enough.Exceptionsl.

Exceptional 

This is our 2nd visit to the Albanis,  the place is fabulous,  rooms are immaculate, with a superb shower.  The guys who run it are so kind and go out of their way to ensure your stay is just perfect.  It's 5 minutes from the bus stop and there's loads of amazing restaurants. 

Fabulous place 

First of all i want to say that i'm glad this vacation is over, it was a nightmare to stay in this so called villa, and this is something i never believed it would be possible. When we bought the tickets they showed us some pictures wich i think were from a magazine or something, they have nothing to do with the reality... and on top of that the owner said when we arrived 'i don't give a f... about this floor' and stiil, you are selling tickets for this mess in partnership with the travel agency knowing that your clients have nothing to do when they arrive here. You are on an island, a few tousands miles away from home, with no regular flights, what you're gonna do? Go back home? Yeah, good luck with that... This is a scam i never thought is possible in 2022,but yet again i was wrong. The ground floor of this villa is a mess, everything is rusty, the smell is unbearable, the bathroom is filthy and the shower hose and faucet are full of rust, the doors creak unbearably and everything looks like you're in a bad horror movie. Listen guys, Greece is a beautiful country and i was here many times but with people like this so called owner i think i'm done...

What a nightmare

We spend 5 nights here in a good and very clean apartment. One Bedroom with a small living room and a couch which was used as a bed for our daughter. Small kitchen in that same room. A bathroom with a fantastic shower and chapeau for the cleaning service which was very good. Our daughter was very happy with the cosy swimming-pool which has some shade in the afternoon. It’s a quit location which is a relieve compared to the busy center. A beach is nearby and so is a bus stop and a mini supermarket all at two minute walking distance. If there are still some questions you might have then the friendly owner helps you as much as he can. After visiting three islands in these two weeks I can frankly say that it’s not always obvious that you find people with passion and joy for their job but here you will definitely feel that you are welcome! Enjoy your stay here just as we did!

Enjoyed our stay!

We booked a triple standard room. The villa is located in a quiet area, the room is spacious and the bed is really comfortable. Some of the furniture is a little outdated, the bathroom as well, but that didn’t bother us at all, everything is functional. The room has free air conditioning and wifi, there is a mosquito net on the balcony door. The staff is amazing, very helpful, the cleaning lady comes in every day to clean, she changed the towels and the bedding once during our one week stay. It was a nice and cozy experience.

Good value for the price

We have been travelling to various Greek islands on and off over the last 40 years and cannot recall a nicer or more helpful set of people. Stavros the owner was a fantastic host always stopping to chat or offer advice if needed.
Some places we have stayed over the years have wanted money for any extras you needed but here there is none of that in fact Stavros bends over backwards to help.
The rooms are good with air conditioning included in the price and look like they have recently been updated and are very modern and clean, the bathrooms are superb with a large shower area and power shower plus always a constant supply of hot water.
We seemed to get maid service everyday
The location is good about 3/4 mins walk to the main road and maybe another 5 to one of the 2 beaches nearby.
There is a bus stop number 15 at the bottom of the road to skiathos town €1.60.
On one occasion my son and his girlfriend were waiting for a bus and Stavros was coming down the road and told them to jump in his car and dropped them off in town, this sums the man up if he can help you he will do.
Although there is no food option here there is a fantastic little pool bar xanith next door who do a great English breakfast plus snacks all day and even have an happy hour again the people here are great.
If you go left from the apartment there is a taverna called crazy rooster which does food and drinks the owner manos is a crazy guy but great company there is also a small supermarket here as well.
I would recommend anybody to stay here it’s a real chilled out area and the Albanis was just right for us we had 3 sets of us staying age ranges 18 to 60 and all loved it.

Superb owner and staff

We have just had a 2 week stay at Villa Albanis a family of two adults and two children and we loved everything about our apartment. It completely exceeded our expectations. It’s was spotlessly clean, very modern and tastefully decorated. The bathroom is like from a 5 star hotel. Towels and bedsheets like new and beds were comfortable, the cleaning lady was very thorough and did a great clean every single day; made beds and changed towels as needed. The A/C worked really well and mosquito nets on the windows helped if we wanted to keep windows opened. The pool area was great with umbrellas and sun beds, it also gets partly shaded at different times of the day. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time.
It’s a short walk to Kolios beach which is also one of the quieter beaches that we enjoyed on the whole island.
Stavros himself who owns the Villas is a really nice guy who is always available for anything.
Overall I don’t think we could have got better in skiathos and the price was also reasonable for our family. I would recommend the accommodation 100% for a family of couple.

The apartment was spotless, the location was excellent, the view were stunning and the owner (Stavros) couldn't do enough to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We have stayed on Skiathos on many occasions and I can honestly say, that for self catering apartments, Villa Albanis is by far the best! We will definitely be returning!!!

Amazing accommodation!

Property beautifully decorated and well equipped. Even had hairdryer and straighteners. Great location and situated in a lovely quiet spot away from the main road. Owner is a lovely friendly guy who couldn’t be more helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!
