Excellent experience, excellent personell, excellent view the rooms were really clean and comfy totally recommend. Definitely gonna visit again everything is close by and the beach is right outside...

Excellent experience 

This is an excellent accommodation at best price - the room was great, it is all clean and taken care of, the landlords are the best - always at hand and ready to help anytime. It is a step away from the beach, you are practically AT the beach. Parking is all around the house so you can always find a parking space. 
We went with 2 kids and Christos landlord offered us great help with advising on the type of the room. Room is wonderful, you have all the utensils you may need, you can always approach landlords if you need anything extra. 
We would ALWAYS recommend Galini Haus, will go next year as well.

The greatest accommodation!

My family stayed at apartment (one separate room) with the sea view on the second floor. The first impression is that apartment is very small. We have stayed in larger studios last few years.
CONS: 
1. Hot water available only if the day is sunny. After 2-3AM there is NO HOT water. I suppose that water is heated only by the panels on the roof. 
2. Although with the sea view (from one window) all tree entrances to the app are looking towards other apps and studios.
3. Rooms are small.
4. Beds are small. I am 185cm and could hardly fit. Double bed is for children rather than adults.
5. TV receiver is on the closet and if you want to change the channel, you must stand up. By the way, there are only 4 German channels.
6. Bathroom is small with no soap holder in the bath.
7. Cleaning service should be on every 3 days but they have missed one service during our stay. They change only towels regularly and cleaning was not so good. Floors are not wiped with wet cloth.
8. Kitchen is just 60cm wide. Not enough space for the washed plates and pans.
9. Bathroom door can not be opened if someone is in front of the kitchen sink.
10. Garbage containers are in front of the house and collections are made at 7AM.
PROS:
1. Close to the beach.
2. Owner was pleasant.

Overpriced, not as on official pictures, no HOT water if day is cloudy

+ We liked that we could park our car next to the beach, that the hotel was 10 meters away from the beach and that there were enough parking spaces and a lot of space on the beach for everyone. Also, the owners were very kind and presented us information about Sarti. We loved the beautiful design of the "hotel's courtyard" with lots of palm trees and colorful flowers. The rooms was very clean and up-kept, everything looked new in the bathroom. A big plus for the very large shower cabin! Another big plus for the very well-equipped kitchenette! We had our breakfasts on the terrace (balcony) and the mornings spent there were lovely, even if the building (and our room) faced the main road and not the beach. We liked that the center of Sarti was close (less than 1 km), and there were a lot of shops, supermarkets and casual restaurants. We loved the quiet little town of Sarti!

- We had a basic room and it really was basic :) It is pretty small and there is not so much storage space. The Wi-fi signal was a nightmare. Even if there were two routers (beach-side and road-side), we only had signal on the balcony. The speed was decent. The mattress was very hard, but we got used to it. The air-conditioner had lots of programmes, but all of them really had the same temperature which was kinda cold! (even in September the nights were warm and we could not sleep with the door open) A big minus is for the lack of power outlets (only 2: one above the bed and one for the hot plate - and one already used by the fridge) In the shower there was no place for the toiletries, you either have to place them on the floor or outside the cabin, and make a lot of water during a shower by repeatedly opening the doors of the shower cabin. If you plan on watching the TV, I should tell you it was old and small, but we did not turn it on.

A step away from the beach

Hotel (on the beach front) containing of three buildings, very close to each other. Almost no privacy at all, very small room, small bathroom, double bed big enough for 2 infants, not 2 adults. Also, very uncomfortable, pillows as well. Owner very friendly. Room had great small refrigerator, coffee maker, cups and plates, cutlery but very small place in the bathroom to wash them.

The location is super right next to the sandy beach, the rooms were clean (but the bath was a little too small), the host very friendly. :) the appartmenta at the ground floor have big terraces which makes them perfect for small kids and the tones of beach toys. :)

I would definitely stay there again!
