We had a very enjoyable stay of 10 nights at the Royalty Suites in Nikiti. The location could hardly be better. It is out of the very busy centre of Nikiti so it is quiet but within walking distance of the restaurants. Just a few metres away is a little beach with sun umbrellas reserved for people staying at the Royalty Suites. The beach is of rather coarse sand and pebbles and is not maintained very well - there were quite a few bits of paper and plastic on the beach. Could the Royalty and other nearby businesses not do something about this? It is probably not somewhere you would want to spend many hours but the sea is clear and welcoming and ideal for a refreshing swim. 

Nikiti is a great base for visiting Sithonia. We hired a car for our holiday and travelled to different parts of the peninsula  each day (we also spent a day in Thessaloniki). I do not think it would be feasible to do it by public transport  and a transfer from Thessaloniki Airport to the Royalty Suites, though available, is quite expensive. There are parking spaces around the Suites.

Our room was of a good size and well equipped. The main room was the bedroom and the beds were very comfortable. There was also a desk and a wardrobe and some chairs. On the substantial balcony there was a table and chairs and a very useful rack for drying towels and swimming costumes. Our balcony overlooked the well-tended garden but we also had a very nice view of the sea that we had not expected. The shower room was decent with a very good shower. The little kitchen was nicely equipped with a two-ring induction hob, a microwave oven and a fridge, and plenty of IKEA cutlery and crockery. We bought some provisions from a shop in Nikiti to make breakfasts but could easily have made bigger meals.

A nice touch was that there was a lift to the first floor so we did not have to carry our suitcases up the stairs.

There was also an upstairs room where in theory a third person could have slept but it was up a narrow spiral staircase which would have been difficult for a child or someone with mobility problems. Sheets and towels were changed every other day.

We found that one of the electric sockets was loose and potentially dangerous, and the safe in the room was faulty. When we mentioned this the electric socket was repaired straight away but they could not sort out the safe. We were given an extra key to the room (a normal key in addition to the electonic card keys) and lowered the blinds to the balcony each time we went out.

The only other negative feature was that the wi-fi signal was very weak.

The receptionist, Zoi, was at the Royalty Suites in Nikiti on a temporary basis, standing in for a colleague who was away. She is normally based in Athens. She was extremely helpful and pleasant and really added to the quality of our stay. She spoke very good English, too.

We would highly recommend the Royalty Suites for a stay in Nikiti.

Good place to stay in Nikiti

Probably the best choice in Nikiti, Chalkidiki! The room was fully equipped with everything one needs to stay for a vacation. Alex is truly friendly and ready to help with everything! I will definitely choose it again!

Excellent choice.

Staff goes way beyond usual customer care. Everyday clean towels room immaculately clean, view from the balcony is remedy for your eyes. Nikiti has problem with streets but it’s positioned well for access to all beautiful Sithonia beaches. Will stay here again

Clean, cosy, comfortable and modern place. Excellent service by a smiling and friendly staff. Fully equipped rooms, all with great sea view, at a quiet location. Very good parking area. Best choice for family vacation in Nikiti!

Best choice in Nikiti

After Kavala, Porto Koufo, Nikiti was the last stop of our vacation. I think was the best decision ever.
The hotel has 3* but from my point of view deserve 4* without any doubt. 
Everything inside best quality, very stylish, cozy and clean. Whatever you need, you can find inside: microwave, oven, coffeemaker, full equipped kitchen, at the same on bathroom; the room big, balcony big, big tv, toothbrush, clean sheets, and so on..
Despite the fact that the hotel has just 1 floor it has elevator.. Electrical curtain..
Yes, it's a smart,  cozy, modern and stylish hotel..

We were there for the first time last year and this summer we went again twice.

A great combination of wonderful views, location, very clean rooms with everything necessary. Most importantly, the main factor that distinguishes the place from others is the manager - Alexander. He is ready to offer service 24/7, always welcoming and smiling. You can expect to see us again next year!


A great place to stay

We stayed here 7 days with our 4 years old baby girl. This place is suitable for families. The apartaments are located in a quiet area,very close to the center of Nikiti,around 10 minutes walking.
The cleaning was ok...in the first two days the cleaning was not made as expected but after talking to the guy from the reception,Alexander, this problem was solved.The apartments are very close to each other and if you will be lucky enough to have nice neighbours you will have a quiet and relaxing stay. The apartments are also very close to a beach(it's a simple one,without fine sand and crystal clear water) but very suitable for spending a few hours there,playing with the kids or even fishing.
Royalty Suites Seaside has a good price-quality ratio.
If I were to visit Nikiti again I am pretty sure that I will choose Royalty Suites.

Nice place

We (unfortunately) stayed in this place only one night. 
The room are spacious, comfortable and clean. 
Our room had a garden overlooking the sea, across the small road, just few meters away from the sea. 
The only thing was that there is no breakfast. The nice owner told us that there were bakeries that deliver breakfast, but we preferred to drive there and get it by ourselves, it was just 3 minutes drive.
Highly recommend. 

Just few meters away from the sea

It is just 10 mins walk to center with a plenty of good taverns, coffee shop etc where you can spend the night with kids. The rooms are clean, fully equipped and have sea view. There is traffic towards Nikiti during summer time as it is also a choice for local people. Also Alexander is very helpful. Hope to be back again soon

Quite and close to center

If you look for a nice place to stay, close to the beach with a direct sea view, calm and pleasant environment... this is the right place for you! 
When you come, look for Alex, the best host ever! He will make your stay perfect and you'd not want to leave!
Have fun here! We come here for a second year and I already dream for next year!
