We stayed for two nights over the August bank holiday weekend and the hotel is what you expected from a Hampton. Nice and comfortable room, comfortable bed and very good breakfast. The staff was very helpful. There's a big parking space (extra charge though), and the hotel is in a very convenient place if you want to explore the area. 

Excellent experience

Potentially well furnished room in a quiet position, bed king size decidedly comfortable equipped with topper, but with sheets too small for the size of the bed, so impossible to reboot them and keep them tight! Bad services: precarious room cleaning (was only emptied the waste bin), bed refurbished only one night out of four of stay, bath products not provided even though from booking should have been paid tribute, two days out of four are missing the towels, insufficient soundproofing, TV without satellite channels even though in the description of the room furnishings is indicated the opposite, lack of privacy with the surrounding furnishings. Obviously all the service breaks and shortcomings have been obviously related to the manager of the sealer that occupied the apartment that was giving me a few reasons to replace the rooms in this structure and I can't feel any personal reasons that I could not replace the problems in this one.

It's embarrassing!

We had a very enjoyable stay of 10 nights at the Royalty Suites in Nikiti. The location could hardly be better. It is out of the very busy centre of Nikiti so it is quiet but within walking distance of the restaurants. Just a few metres away is a little beach with sun umbrellas reserved for people staying at the Royalty Suites. The beach is of rather coarse sand and pebbles and is not maintained very well - there were quite a few bits of paper and plastic on the beach. Could the Royalty and other nearby businesses not do something about this? It is probably not somewhere you would want to spend many hours but the sea is clear and welcoming and ideal for a refreshing swim. 

Nikiti is a great base for visiting Sithonia. We hired a car for our holiday and travelled to different parts of the peninsula  each day (we also spent a day in Thessaloniki). I do not think it would be feasible to do it by public transport  and a transfer from Thessaloniki Airport to the Royalty Suites, though available, is quite expensive. There are parking spaces around the Suites.

Our room was of a good size and well equipped. The main room was the bedroom and the beds were very comfortable. There was also a desk and a wardrobe and some chairs. On the substantial balcony there was a table and chairs and a very useful rack for drying towels and swimming costumes. Our balcony overlooked the well-tended garden but we also had a very nice view of the sea that we had not expected. The shower room was decent with a very good shower. The little kitchen was nicely equipped with a two-ring induction hob, a microwave oven and a fridge, and plenty of IKEA cutlery and crockery. We bought some provisions from a shop in Nikiti to make breakfasts but could easily have made bigger meals.

A nice touch was that there was a lift to the first floor so we did not have to carry our suitcases up the stairs.

There was also an upstairs room where in theory a third person could have slept but it was up a narrow spiral staircase which would have been difficult for a child or someone with mobility problems. Sheets and towels were changed every other day.

We found that one of the electric sockets was loose and potentially dangerous, and the safe in the room was faulty. When we mentioned this the electric socket was repaired straight away but they could not sort out the safe. We were given an extra key to the room (a normal key in addition to the electonic card keys) and lowered the blinds to the balcony each time we went out.

The only other negative feature was that the wi-fi signal was very weak.

The receptionist, Zoi, was at the Royalty Suites in Nikiti on a temporary basis, standing in for a colleague who was away. She is normally based in Athens. She was extremely helpful and pleasant and really added to the quality of our stay. She spoke very good English, too.

We would highly recommend the Royalty Suites for a stay in Nikiti.

Good place to stay in Nikiti

Probably the best choice in Nikiti, Chalkidiki! The room was fully equipped with everything one needs to stay for a vacation. Alex is truly friendly and ready to help with everything! I will definitely choose it again!

Clean, cosy, comfortable and modern place. Excellent service by a smiling and friendly staff. Fully equipped rooms, all with great sea view, at a quiet location. Very good parking area. Best choice for family vacation in Nikiti!

Best choice in Nikiti

After Kavala, Porto Koufo, Nikiti was the last stop of our vacation. I think was the best decision ever.
The hotel has 3* but from my point of view deserve 4* without any doubt. 
Everything inside best quality, very stylish, cozy and clean. Whatever you need, you can find inside: microwave, oven, coffeemaker, full equipped kitchen, at the same on bathroom; the room big, balcony big, big tv, toothbrush, clean sheets, and so on..
Despite the fact that the hotel has just 1 floor it has elevator.. Electrical curtain..
Yes, it's a smart,  cozy, modern and stylish hotel..

We were there for the first time last year and this summer we went again twice.

A great combination of wonderful views, location, very clean rooms with everything necessary. Most importantly, the main factor that distinguishes the place from others is the manager - Alexander. He is ready to offer service 24/7, always welcoming and smiling. You can expect to see us again next year!


A great place to stay

Our room was with a kitchen (there is a microwave, a refrigerator, a wafer, a teapot, a teapot, kettles, a stew, dining utensils, dishes, glasses, cups and even 3 kinds of knives!). San.Uzel was small, very clean. In the room we always allowed a large cabinet, a chair, a TV, a room. So the captain asked for help.

It's a beautiful place.

I think it's too expensive for what it really is, it has nothing luxurious, it's a normal, ordinary apartment, it's very noisy neighbors, it's a beachfront, but it's a beach with little grace, no breakfast, bad Wi-Fi, no return.

Calidad-price no compensation

We stayed here for two weeks with our children. The accommodation is excellent for location (in 5 minutes walking you get to the center on the promenade where there are various restaurants), for private parking, for the sound of the waves you can hear sitting on the terrace. The room is very well furnished, cleaned every day, has everything essential for a good stay. Our was on the first floor (also accessible via elevator) and front, with a back with 2 single beds connected to the floor via a staircase (a bit difficult to handle with small children). We always made breakfast on the terrace admiring the sea.
