Fantastic resort with great facilities. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and they also gave us free upgrade. Only trouble was we didn’t have enough time to use and explore all the facilities. Only criticism was one of the restaurants we booked wasn’t part of the group and we had to pay additionally for this. It was very good though.

There are three reasons for repeat visit : 
1) the people they work there (all of them very kind and very helpful) 
2) the place (paradise) and
3) the food (amazing).

Relaxation at Dunes

Our late summer holidays to Sani Dunes was excellent! Mr Nikos Ouzounis was very hospitable us usual! All the team were willing to make us to feel enjoy. Once again the experience was unforgettable. We will return again.

Late Summer Holidays 

This is our third visit to Sani Dunes this year, and once again, it did not disappoint!

The whole of the Sani Resort is stunning, but Sani Dunes is our favourite. The hotel is beautiful with such a relaxed vibe and the staff are amazing and always go above and beyond to ensure our stay is perfect.

From our immediate arrival we were greeted by Nikos, Andreea, Alexia and the rest of the team ensuring a smooth check-in and a welcome drink on arrival. We were feeling very stressed when we arrived, as our suitcases had been delayed from our connecting flight in London, and so we arrived with no luggage! The staff were so lovely and catered to our every need, offering their suggestions and support to assist us with this issue! Andreea and Alexia are both so friendly and extremely professional and took care of our every need for the duration of our holiday. Nothing was a problem to them and they really made our holiday so special. Andreea and Alexia are fantastic in their roles, as are all of the other reception staff (Pannos, Cristos etc), and a credit to the Sani team.

The rooms are stunning, beautifully decorated and have all the home comforts that you need. Whether it be needing more hangers, changing pillows, room service, more towels, nothing is a problem and everything gets dealt with immediately. Our room was our usual room, a pool-view suite on the first floor, however, we were offered an upgrade to a sea-view suite, which was absolutely beautiful. Very spacious, with lovely balcony area overlooking pool and sea. 

The whole resort is immaculately clean, ultra modern and has a wide range of amenities and activities to suit all ages. The pool area is 'out of this world'. With one of the largest pools in Europe, the area was spacious, quiet (although a little noisier at the beginning of our holiday, due to school holidays) and stunningly beautiful. With a separate area for adults and the rest of the large area for children to play, it was absolute bliss! And with the added beach setting, you could step out of the pool and then straight onto the beach. 

Dimitris and his amazing team (Damian, Evi, Saudi, Cristian etc.) around the pool, took great care of us (as always), ensuring we had sunbeds, serving us drinks/snacks throughout the day and generally having lots of fun/laughs. Damian (the bar-tender/mixologist) is so talented in his job, and his attention to detail when he makes the drinks/cocktails is unbelievable.  We are in awe when we watch him. He is so experienced and passionate about his job and is always striving to do better! Fantasic...well done Damian!  The whole team work so hard and always with a smile on their faces (even after such a long/busy season). Over the years that we have been visiting Sani Dunes, we continue to comment on Dimitris’ personal growth. He is so professional, full of energy and very passionate about his job. He is an invaluable member of the Sani team and our holiday would not be the same without him. Amazing guy! 

There are so many restaurants to choose from in Sani (over 30, I believe), either within each hotel complex or on the Marina only a few minutes walk away. Some of our favourites are, the Asian, El-Puerto, Beach House, Fresco, the Market and Macaroni. The staff in all restaurants are absolutely amazing, particularly, Eleanor at Macaroni. She really is a wonderful lady. I don't think I have ever met anyone so dedicated to her work. A credit to the Sani team! Vasia and Elena at Fresco are both such a lovely girls, always have smiles on their faces and very professional. The manager at the Asian (Giwta)) is so full of life and always makes us laugh. The Beach House is a firm favourite for lunch, with the lamb cutlets being out of this world. The staff again are so lovely Fotis and Vaggelis are so attentive, even when we have a large table of 10/12, the service is amazing!. The food at all of these restaurants is amazing.

We had breakfast every morning at The Market restaurant and we were looked after so well. After a few days the staff remembered what we liked to order and the service was impeccable. Special mention to Maria (waitress), Stergios, George and Pannos (waiters) and Mena? (unsure of spelling) (Supervisor/Manager) who are all excellent at their jobs. A credit to this restaurant and the F&B team. They work so hard and are so attentive, we always look forward to seeing them. I also want to specifically mention the cleaner that cleans the main areas of Sani Dunes (Despina). She works tirelessly to ensure all areas are kept immaculately clean and tidy and is probably not given the credit that she deserves. She is dedicated and hard-working and always very polite when we speak to her. 

On an evening we always finish our night with a coffee in the Dunes Lobby. The soya milk lattes are amazing, the best I have ever tasted, and I would like to say a special thank you to Elena, Katarina and Roberto for making these and for sharing some laughs with us throughout the holiday. You are all amazing people!

The staff in all areas of the hotel are a credit to this resort and the service that we received during our visit this year and previous years, has been 6 star.

We know there has been some staff changes, in readiness for next season, and Nikolaos Ouzounis, (General Manager) of Sani Dunes is an amazing guy. As always, he really looked after us and considering his extremely busy role, always made a huge effort to speak to us, to ensure that we were having a nice time. The attention to detail was faultless and wherever possible, raising the bar to achieve Sani perfection. A genuinely lovely guy and doing a fantastic job! Sani would simply not be the same without him!  We also hugely missed Mr Spyridopoulos, but made a conscious effort to visit him in Sani Club. We wish them both all the best for their new roles, but we know they will both be amazing!

We have once again had the best holiday and as always, do not want to leave. We can't wait to return again next year and already have our proposals for Spring, Summer and Autumn 2024.

Our third visit this year! We absolutely love it!!

Another fantastic stay thanks to Nikos and Andreea and the team at Dunes. This was my eighth time at Sani. Vaggelis and Katerina at the Beach house were really accommodating. Food at the beach house was incredible as always. Nikos was very kind to arrange a visit to the doctor when my son had a bad reaction to a bee sting. All in all the people make this place they genuinely care and have a big heart. 

The only down side was that this year the Dunes was over run with kids all over the pool throwing balls and making noise which ruined what was once a very serene resort. It looks like the policy of making this and adults only resort has ended which is a shame.

Sani Dunes is unforgettable! I count the days till come back to one-and-only Sani Dunes; it is the perfect place to wait a year for. Impressive view, outstanding staff, excellent service; and, hardest to achieve elsewhere, they are improving every year

An amazing resort with amazing staff

We spend a week in 2020 in the midst of Covid and another week this year. I can only say how very perfect it is. 
The rooms are modern, bright, the balcony enormous, the facilities fabulous and the quality of food is just everywhere and always good. I honestly believe who comes ones will definitely return. We travel a lot, and stay at stylish places all the time and Sani is just that for us in Europe. A holiday that ticks all boxes.

Pretty perfect

Yet another amazing visit to Sani Dunes!  This is like our second home and we love spending time with our ‘Greek family!’

The whole of the Sani Resort is beautiful, but Sani Dunes holds a special place in our hearts. The hotel is simply stunning with such a relaxed vibe and the staff are amazing and always go above and beyond to ensure our stay is perfect.

Andreea is so friendly and extremely professional and took care of our every need for the duration of our holiday. Nothing was a problem to her and she really made our holiday extra special. Andreea is fantastic in her role and a credit to the Sani team.

Sakis and Nikolaos, both Managers of Sani Dunes are fantastic. As always, they really looked after us and considering their extremely busy roles, always made a huge effort to speak to us, to ensure that we were having a nice time. The attention to detail was faultless and wherever possible, raising the bar to achieve Sani perfection. 2 genuinely lovely guys and both doing a fantastic job! Sani would simply not be the same without them!

The service levels right across the resort are of the highest standard possible. I really don't think any improvements could be made.

We once again had the best holiday and as always, did not want to leave. We can't wait to return again next year and are even considering bringing the parents with us.

Thanks to Nikos and Andreea once again for an amazing stay at Sani Dunes. The service and hospitality was amazing and this was my 7th time at the resort. Impeccable food and staff all around with great activities.

Andreea is a star and went out of her way to make our trip so comfortable. Nikos the hotel manager was also very attentive and made us feel special on our trip - credit to the whole team. I have travelled all over the world and stayed at some of the best and this is definitely at the top of the list.

7th time - amazing as always !

Amazing facilities for everyone. The kids club was a great way for our 4, 5 and 8 year old to make friends whilst giving us adult time to relax. The tennis coach George was amazing, as was the BMX coach, and the kids club staff. Food is a solid 8/10
