We enjoyed staying at Meltemi Suites in Rethymno, Greece on the island of Crete, specially the nearby conveniences of restaurants, food market, beaches, historical old town and various other fun filled activities.
The hostess Emmanuela is so great in listening and quickly responding to the needs of her guests, also Sophia is a very valued team member in making sure that our stay was as pleasant as possible.  We are return customers from last year and would not hesitate to return in the near future.

Very modern and cosy place to stay in Rethymno, only 15’ walk from the old town. The lady in charge to manage the property was so helpful and polite too. I would only advise some of the facilities such as the iron or iron board exist in each room rather than sharing between the residents.

We were really impressed with pretty much everything about the apartment & the booking process. Despite arriving at 02:30 this was accommodated by the keys being left in a safe location for our collection. The  instructions & pictures made it so easy for us - this was especially appropriated as at that time all you want to do is get to bed with minimal hassle!

We had booked a sea view apartment & it was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very modern & included everything you could need for your holiday including a living space, modern bathroom with shower, large bedroom, small kitchen area & a large balcony with seating & drying facilities. Everything was very clean & the two air conditioning units allowed us to keep cool despite the high temperatures. The wi-if was stable with a fast speed and there was a large number of sockets for plugging in all those travel accessories.

The manager was great - anything we needed including extra pillows, beach towels or a hair dryer was provided quickly via a WhatsApp communication. She also provided us with a brief orientation of the area & some great restaurant recommendations 👍🏻. The apartment was also cleaned regularly with fresh towels & bedding.

We also loved the location which was close to the beach & also an easy walk to the town centre. Everything you could need including supermarkets, restaurants, car hire & excursion companies were all within easy reach.

I would definitely recommend the Meltemi suites if you are looking for well priced, modern accommodation in a great location, my only suggestion - it would be great if a room safe could be provided so we had somewhere to secure our valuables & travel documents.

We stayed there for a night and it was extremely nice.The room was big like a small apartment and very very clean.The location is perfect because is on the beach and 5min from city center.

Value for money apartment that I extremely recommend 

We arrived on 19th June and stayed for a week. Spoke to Emmanouela beforehand and she gave clear instructions to get the key cards as we were arriving out of office hours. She was also fantastically accommodating through our stay saying we could contact her whatever time on WhatsApp. The only thing we needed to ask about (as everything was perfect) was luggage storage after check out and a transfer back to the airport and these were immediately arranged!

Easily collected the cards and got into the apartment. Everything was exactly as it seemed on photos. A modern apartment with kitchenette and sea view balcony (we booked Deluxe Apartment Sea View Top Floor). Literally everything was perfect, room was cleaned 6 out of seven days as they have Sundays off, comfortable and spotless apartment which suited us nicely. 

Directly across the road from the beach which is perfect for lying in the sun all day and coming back for some food. Loads of restaurants and shops nearby. Around a 20 min walk to the old town which meant we could relax on the beach and the balcony in the day and enjoy the old town at night. Would 100% recommend for anyone wanting a chilled out self catering stay in Rethymno with all of the local amenities and everything you need within walking distance.

It’s just a beautiful place to stay whilst in Rethymno. Spacious, well maintained, elegant contemporary decor, efficient service, attention to detail and actual intent and effort into ensuring that the end user (customer) is comfortable. The sound and the view of the waves the moment you open the balcony is soothing and coupled with the constant light breeze makes for a beautiful setting by itself. A 15 minute walk to the old town, but, hardly an issue as the terrain is mostly flat and thus a comfortable walk. We were given a complimentary Wine when we checked in, which is rare these days and makes you realise the effort which is being put in. 
A special shout out to Emanuella (she usually handles the reception) who was quite helpful and gave some wonderful suggestions. In fact, she even made a reservation for us at a very popular eatery and followed up as well. 
The only little criticism is that the bed itself was not the best, could be the nature of the mattress used. Else it was just perfect and if the bed issue didn’t exist then a 5/5 rating would be warranted. 
Being bang opposite the beach is a definite advantage. 

Very good room, quite large, with a lateral view on the sea from the balcony. When we arrived, a bottle of wine was ready for us. The location is also near the city center, and very close to the sea. 
The bathroom had no window, but on the overall everything was great.

The photo is not the view we had, half view of sea with aircondition unit on balcony.
Only 1 chair on balcony.
Very good about leaving beach umbrellas to be used.
Very colse to beach, Good water pressure, but that also means you soak the bathroom, shower badly designed.
Airconditioning unit worked well during day, but shut off during evening.
Clean but very tiny.

Beautiful location and room setup very nicely thought. Sleep and wake up with sound of waves. Not as loud as we thought considering the main road. Contact free key. 
The cleaning service though is very very bad (which in this peculiar year is not what you wish).
Stains of water on the floor (dirty water- shared with other rooms?), yellow stains on "fresh" towels and blankets, a broken piece of glass under bed for the all stay (though cleaning service had come more than once), shower floor was dirty - cleaned by myself but unfortunately got fungal infection during my stay there.
