A fantastic place to stay. Panagiotis was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was spotless!

Great spot, very clean, lovely spacious room, great host.

We stayed here for a week in September and I would recommend it. We had room 7 on the first floor which was spacious with nice furniture and spotlessly clean. The bed was big and really comfortable.  The balcony had a sea view and space for a nice table and chairs. There was an electric kettle and the equipment was good. 

Panagiotis, the owner was so kind and helpful.  He was great with advice about the local area,  places to visit,  beaches, tavernas. He was always interested in how our day had gone. 

There was easy parking across the road, on the road up to the castle and it was only a two to three minutes walk to the village square.

It was a great value place to stay and we really enjoyed it.

Great place spectacularly clean and safe, especially during this rough period! Felt completely safe! Quiet with beautiful and well cared little balconies and very close to the center of Pýlos (3mins walk). The owner of the place is greatly polite and helpful! Definitely a great choice!!!

Our apartment was sparkling clean, comfortable  and spacious. The location was excellent - opposite the castle and 5 minutes’ walk to the sea and main square. The owner was welcoming and kind. Great value!

Is not properly a hotel, is a big house with some large beautiful and very useful apartments, well cleaned, with a little cooking area, the best solution to stay in this marvelous village and move to the spectacular surroundings. The structure is placed in front of castle's entrance, 2 min walking from village's center, you can arrive with your car, discharge luggage and park it in one of the four places in front of the hotel or in other free parking which are very near; despite the proximity of the main street, rooms are really very quiet . The manager is the real treasure of this castle, very kind patient and helpful …

Stayed there two weeks. A nice place in Pylos at the Kastro. Clean studio apartment with seaview (room #4) and strong wi-fi !! Very polite and friendly owner and staff. We go back next year !!! Short walk to bakeri and supermarked.

This place is even better than it looks like in the websites! The rooms are quite large and absolutely autonomous (open small kitchen with all the necessary stuff, iron machine, haidryer etc...), and most of all OF THE CLEANEST I have visited! The location is also 100m walk distance from the center of Pylos and it is also very quiet! The owners are very polite and helpful with almost any info you would like to get.  And the value-for-money is also remarkable! So, it's a very good choice overall!

Five of us spent a night here.  Three of us shared a ground floor apartment.  It was spacious and comfortable.  The beds were good and so was the bathroom.  The kitchenette provided all we needed.  Our only complaint was that the mugs were so very small!  Tea, coffee and little containers of cream were provided as was toast and jam.  The two of us who had the apartment above ours were also very happy.  It was the same size apartment and very charming.  The parking across the road was not so great, but the couple parked in the castle parking lot which was close and convenient.  We were given good advice and excellent service by Panos.  The castle is a very short walk across the street and the town square is just down the road.  I left my rain jacket and hat there, and, on request, Panos couriered them to our hotel in Athens, so that I received them before I left Greece.

Great Place To Stay

We stayed for 2 weeks and we enjoyed our stay very much. The receptionist was super nice and very helpful. The view from the balcony is wonderful and it just a few minutes walk from the beach. The bed is big and confortable, and the room was cleaned very well. The only downside: its location directly at the main road, so it was quite noisy sometimes (not much traffic, but loud cars and motorcycles).

Excellent apartment

We were only in Pylos for a couple of nights and had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Although the rooms are basically furnished, it is very comfortable and has everything you need. The location is great, only a couple of minutes' walk from the town square and harbour, and right opposite the castle.

The rooms have well equipped kitchenettes with breakfast facilities and a small balcony, and we had a sea view. Everything was spotlessly clean. 

 Out of all, we appreciated the friendly welcome and eagerness of our host to please. He was a great source of information and really helped us get the most out of our short stay.
