Really cool place, short walk to the beach, service, for sure there’s everything u need in the houses and also really good price. I could easily give more than 5 stars! We love u Meny, see you next year!

Upon arrival, We were surprised to see the greek hospitality from close. Everything was impeccable! All new, extremely clean, all equipment that you have at home. Big fridge with fruits, wine and ingredients for a full breakfast, including fresh eggs.
Coffee, varieties of teas, thassos honey, fresh cake offered by owner, bread. No need to buy anything. In the bathroom shampoo, shower gel and body lotion from tfamous greek company, one per person. Cotton bedsheets, handmade matresses, the best sleep! Α/C when hot. Price low for what U get.

Petra houses is three houses in one yard. The part of the yard not taken up by the houses and parking spaces is a beautiful garden with many different vegetables, herbs of all kinds, and an apricot tree. The garden is maintained especially for the guests; we were encouraged to pick and eat whatever we wanted. Each house has a veranda that is visually separate from the other houses, so the tenants have privacy from each other.

Each house is 40 square meters inside. Two of the houses have very thick stone walls (hence the name) and are one story, the third is two stories. The owner let us tour this house and it has the living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and a large bedroom on the first floor. The main attraction for me would be the two balconies from which you can see the sea. Next to this house is also an olive tree which the owner assured us is the oldest in Potos. It’s huge and gives wonderful shade.
 
One of the things I appreciated most was that all the furniture and amenities are of good or even very good quality; it gave the house a homey feeling. The kitchen has a full-size stove and oven and a refrigerator with a real, separate freezer. Everything was impeccably clean and the house was cleaned daily.

The owner is very kind and takes the well-being of her guests seriously. She is always available for questions or needs.

It was a nice house, very clean, with a nice garden. Meni made us feel real welcomed. When we arrived we found in the fridge, one small bottle of wine for each of us, one bottle of water for each, one juice for my daughter, a watermelon and homemade cupcakes. We had also some things for the breakfast like butter, jam, chocolate cream and toasted bread. On the second day Meni gaved us pears from her garden. When we left we received from the owners a bottle of home made rachi. Congratulation you are doing a good work.

We stayed at Petra Houses for 8 days.The house was the nicest and cleanest place ever!!! Everyday the house was cleaned and the towels changed.We've absolutely loved our stay there and would recommend this amazing place for anyone who visits Thassos! Meni, Diamandis and Anggeliki are our friends after this holiday!!Thanks a lot for the great hospitality!Kisses...
