Hotel Blue Dream Palace Tripiti Resort

Second visit to the Blue Dream Palace with my elderly father, It was brilliant to see some old friends again, Ellena, Xrysa and Nectarios and meet some new ones Demitris, Ava, Illias and Leon, A special mention for Demitris who worked at the pool bar very friendly, a great sense of humour, a huge footoball fan and is an asset to the team. ( Φόρζα Παοκάρα, Δημήτρης) I am pleased to that Xrysa has received recognition from her amazing work last year and has now been promoted to customer relations, an amazing achievement Μπράβο. The Greek night was amazing and a major improvement on last year, mainly thanks to Xrysa and her outstanding dancing abilities. Whist we were travelling to the hotel we had a major delay due to an issue with the aircraft, meaning we had to make an emergency landing in Thessaloniki rather than at Kavala, after a 4 hour delay and a 3.5 hour coach/ferry ride we were absolutely exhausted and starving, the Hotel left the restaurant open later than usual so we were able to something to eat and drink, which is going above and beyond in my opinion and which highlights the extremely high level of not only customer service but also customer care this hotel offers, σε ευχαριστώ πολύ μπλε όνειρο. I mentioned on my previous review of this hotel when we visited last year that they didn't just make us feel welcome but treated us like part of the family, this is what set the staff at the Blue Dream Palace apart. No Greak weddings to celebrate this year unfortunately, but there were plenty of Greek guests that we got the chance to meet which was great. Thank you again to my Blue Dream family for another amazingly relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
