Very good value for money, the property is located 1 min from city center and 2 min from the beach. Has a very large and protected parking (which is desired in Potos, since is crowded). They have a pool with a bar, but we didn't use it, since we have the sea. Friendly and helpful staff. Good internet (5G). Also very clean.

I chose Studios Maria because of the rating - to find that it has by no means been exaggerated. This cosy family hotel  is located at a 10-minute walk to the beach and the seaside taverns. Though not signposted, it is just behind the church along the main road. (Call Nikos if you have lost you way). 
The surroundings are very quiet and calm. The premises are impeccably clean (done daily) and spacious, as well as the terraces, there is hot water all the time, plug-in mosquito repellent, air conditioner, blankets, hair dryer, cutlery, plates,pans, cups and glasses, electric kettle. The wi-fi connection is epic, there is also an outdoor swimming pool and a snack bar, parking space. 
And Nikos is certainly the most smiley and friendly host I have ever seen - you just call him and he is there to help you in a minute, tell you about the area, advise you about taverns and anything. Thank you, Nikos, for the wonderful stay! See you next year!

I wish we stayed longer, but it was the beginning of October…

We are here now...it is great hotel, rooms are very big and clean. The staff is very friendly and nice. We recomend this hotel to abyone who wnats to have a guite holiday. The stores are 2 min away, the beach is 4 min away. 
We will come back for sure!

It is a very nice place to stay, near the beach. 
Maria is a very nice person and friendly as well.
Rooms are large and with chicinete, everything is very nice. 
You also have a big balcony and a free park.

I don't know who is mr. Nikos, some people here said that he is owner and that he was mega friendly.. I just can't figure who is this man, I never seen him.. The hotel is smelling clean, thats correct, but lobby, not rooms. They clean rooms every day, pick up garbage and collect dirty, but they change towels and other things once in 5 days. The pillows are so hard, like you sleep on a rock. We were with two kids but we have only two or three peaces of knifes, glasses, spoons, plates...everything.. We ask for more but we never get it. In our agency they told us that frying fish is not allowed but surprise - they dont allowed to fry anything. On tv, there is some greek channels which is not interesting at all. Location is good, quiet. Beach is not far away, town centre also. Pool is advantage. So, it is average hotel - 3.
