Villa Yiotevi

I would highly recommend Villa Yiotevi, great location, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets & a pleasant walk to Poros town.  The staff were so friendly and very helpful and the room was spacious & clean and the view from the balcony was perfect.  Couldn't recommend it enough

We spent four lovely days in Askeli, and Villa Yiotevi was perfect for our stay.  Yiota, the owner was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean and user friendly.  The balcony was lovely for eating out on, and the sea only a very short walk.  There were two supermarkets and many cafes and restaurants close by.  The kitchen area is satisfactory, but cooking meals for four not really practical due to limited space and facilities.
As a family we really enjoyed Poros and Kalavria as it wasn't over developed or spoilt. we even managed to find a beautiful little cove to ourself for swimming and snorkelling - simply fantastic!  A thoroughly enjoyable stay!

I stayed on a twin bed room this August. The location of the villa was very convenient as it was only a few meters from the beach, the bus stop, the supermarkets and lots of tavernas. The room was spacious and clean and we had a lovely view to both the beach and the pine forest. The kitchenette, the bathroom, tv and airconditioning were either brand new or recently redone. The room was getting cleaned daily, the sheets/towels changed every 3 days and the landlady was lovely, discreet and polite. On the occasion of a power failure on the island one particular afternoon, she brought us candles. It was not actually needed since the power went back on a little later but it was a sweet and thoughtfull gesture that showed caring for her guests. All in all, I am happy I chose Yiotevi, they were hospitable, sincere (what you see on their website is what you get), and fairly priced. My only remark would be that the single beds could be a little bigger and the wifi could be a bit more stable (but I guess that's not your fault). Thank you Yiotevi people, you were lovely.
