Mantelena is a perfect apartment, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Lots of attention to detail makes it interesting and relaxing. Lots of snacks are provided, and the little kitchen is equipped with anything you might need, from pots and pans, to a little oven with 2 burners. The terrace outside might make you a bit lazy. You can enjoy the pretty gardens and peace and quiet there. It’s only a short walk into town where you’ll be spoiled for choices of restaurants and a lovely beachfront to enjoy the sun with plenty of shady spots as well. 

And to top it off, our hostess and owner, Stamatia was the best part of our stay. You can tell  she wants her  customers to have the best experience possible. She’s engaging, welcoming, and has a lovely sense of humor. Everything is done with a smile on her face! 

If you have the opportunity, don’t hesitate to stay here!

Stay here! It’s the best!

We stayed for over one week in Mantelena Studios and had a great time there. The room is decorated very nicely, has got a kitchen side in which you can prepare small meals or breakfast and two airconditions in bedroom and living room. The porch is huge with a table for four and two sunbeds. Trees and an umbrella will provide shadow. During our stay we could watch the family producing homemade wine which was very interesting. Every day we found our room cleaned, with fresh towels and bedsheets. We also got selfmade sweets, cakes, pizza rolls from our host Stamatia. She is the cutest and has got many useful tips on beaches and visits in Milos. A seven minute walk will bring you to the closest beach which also has got a lovely and not overcrowded beach bar. You can also reach the center of Pollonia in a few minutes by feet. If we will come back to Milos, we definitely stay at Mantelena Studios again!

Beautiful apartment with the nicest host

The apartments are spacious and equipped with all the comforts. They have a cooking corner with ovens, coffee machine and dining area with TV and safety box (wifi is free). The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and bright thanks to an adequate window. The Stamatia which is the property of the owner is the personal commitment that makes for the change of her studio.

This appropriation is intended to cover expenditure relating to the implementation of the budget of the European Parliament and of the Council.

We had a very good time at the Mantelena. Our apartment was very nice and spacious and the hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the main beach in Pollonia - a very pleasant walk. What stands the place aside is really the hospitality of the owner, Stamatia. Every night, she would find delicious cakes or homegrown fruits for us. This really made feel welcome and made our stay very special.

Beautiful stay, great hospitality, a short walk from the beach

Everything is perfect, delicious and fully accessorized, even with professional phono (incredible)! Stamatía is of a kindness and commendable availability. The cleaning is meticulous and is performed by herself, with gloves and masks, every day upon request. The Covid protocols are rigidly executed with professionalism and dedication, proof of the most apprehensive customer. The apartments, surrounded by very green that ensures the freshness of the terrain, are located in Pollonia, the most beautiful center of the island, in a quiet location, a few hundred meters from shops and restaurants.

It's perfect!

The studio was calm, nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need. It had a spacious terrace with a dinner table, sun loungers and a lounge area with breakfast sun. Everything was always kept super clean. The surrounding is of the house is beautiful, with carob trees, oleander bushes, grapevines. But most importantly Stamatia is the sweetest host ever - in the very sense of the word - as we found some goodie in place every evening when returning "home" from one of the many marvelous beaches of Milos. The beautiful memories will stay with us and we will come back for sure!

Greek hospitality at its finest

Stamatia is very professional and welcoming. The studios were very nicely decorated and excellently cleaned. They're really close to the main road of Pollonia, which was very convenient, as well as a pretty and quiet beach. Overall our experience was amazing and next time we're in Milos this is the place we're staying at for sure.

Flawless

We spent 2 weeks at these lovely, modest studios run by the wonderful Stamatia. We were in Studio 3. Spacious and quiet it was located just 5 minutes from the town and beach. 
Stamatia kept it spotlessly clean and changed the bedding and towels every couple of days. There was was always hot water available and the air conditioner worked well. 
You couldn’t meet a friendlier person and provided home baked goodies nearly every day as well as leaving butter, jams and coffee topped up during our stay. 
The outside space is fantastic, very private, with table and chairs, sun beds and a further seating area to the side. Plenty of shade too.
Stamatia could also help with all queries about the island.
I would highly recommend these studios as excellent value for money but mostly because of how well we were looked after by Stamatia.

Fantastic studios in Pollonia.

It is beautiful and well maintained. In our studio we felt at home. It was clean and well furnished (it has everything you need). The owner is very friendly and hospitable. In addition to the great accommodation, she also spoiled us with self-made delicacies. Thank you very much!

I highly recommend it.

We stayed there 12 nights. Everything is perfect: the situation is a little far away and close to the beach and shops and restaurants in a quiet area. The studio is well arranged, with terrace, neat decoration, a real bathroom with a real shower. Daily furnishings and changing sheets and towels every 2 days. Stamatia is adorable, kind, always in a good mood, always smiling, hyper welcoming. Every evening surprise: pancakes, chocolate cakes, figs... not to mention home jams on arrival, water, butter... everything is planned to prepare breakfast.
