The location is close to a great sandy beach. There is private parking. The rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and kitchen utensils. Children are not allowed to play in the courtyard, it makes noise and is not recommended for large groups as it makes problem because of a noise around the barbecue. If you want to go asleep early it is your place. There is no privacy on a balcony.

Near the beach but not for big companies

Perfect location, very nice backyard and a lot of parking space. Friendly hosts🙂. Great starting point to go around Sithonia. Beach was better few years ago, now it was pretty crowded. But if you are here with your car, it is not a problem.

Great vacation

We were here in House Maria, last two weeks in August 2018 on family vacation, and it was great pleasure spending our holiday here. 
Homeowner is quite calm and peaceful older guy with huge understanding for all troubles you can be in, with two small children. 
Garden is huge, full with various Mediterranean plants with great shades, and some part for children playground. 
Apartments are spacious and have all equipment you might need,spoons, knifes, scoops, wood board for cooking, etc. 
Enough free parking for cars, and most important - very close to the beach, only 50 steps I think. 
Also important notice - you have oven in the kitchenette! This is very rare, but huge benefit for young mama. 
We're going there next year again, bc it's on a great and almost empty beautiful sandy beach. Beach is quiet without any distraction like souvenir shops, all day noisy cafes or grills, etc. You can hear only small insects In the evening  : )

Great place for families with small children and pets

A nice location with +10 studios and 2 apartments on ground and top floor, suited with 2 beds, bathroom and kitchenette, air conditioning, 24/7 hot water and own terrace. Furniture is in good condition and rooms are quiet and well insulated.
A beautiful generous garden with lawn and various Mediterranean species of bushes and trees, playground for children, fire place and a sun protected car parking. WiFi with a good transfer rate. 
This place is a perfect choice for the families with small children, which can safely wander and explore the big courtyard. The owners - a Greek family - are very nice and helpful.
The beach (the excellent Trani Ammouda/Livrochio Beach) is very close (less than 100 m) and you can find various points of interest in a very short range (restaurants and shops in Ormos Panagias - 1 km, Nikiti - 8 km or Agios Nikolaos - 4 km), boat rental and cruises in Ormos Panagias and various beaches nearby (the famous Vourvourou is less than 10km on the main road).
The value for money is non-arguable. We traveled to this location for 5 years and were never disappointed. We tried many other locations in Sithonia and other places in Greece but House Maria proved still the best combination for a pat vacation.
