Very nice 2 bedroom apartment in countryside. 2 Huge balconies with beautiful views and nice kitchen. In the balcony there were 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella and huge table. The host wasn’t  there but was very nice and helped us with taxi. But the location for me personally was awful, beach was so far away and in the country there was nothing to do. So i don’t recommend going there if you like to party or if you’re young. But for families this is perfect.

Villa kapnisi

Colonial house on two floors, immersed in a farmhouse purely planted with olives, almond ground divided into several small rooms, a total of 6 single rooms with the necessary narrow and small terrace at the back. Private parking. Furniture a pó retró, with dated appliances as well as bathrooms. Effective air conditioning. The bins on the top floor are undoubtedly larger and brighter and accompanied by large terraces. Few supplements in the kitchen, insufficient if you are planning to have lunch or dinner, clean up okay, clean the laundry every two days. Cycle to go all day. Sure at the paid price you could not get more. But we were well and ready to adapt to those of our own. We have never seen a lot of supplements in the kitchen, but if you want to talk about it, you can't do it again.

Some inconsistency in reviews

It is a family-run villa with several apartments immersed in olive groves. I had a single room on the ground floor with an outdoor terrace overlooking the sea a short distance away. Very good metering, daily cleaning, acceptable air conditioning and functional bathroom. Small? The furnishings and bathroom are a little dated. Please? Absolutely quiet, positioned a short distance from Gerakas Beach, abundant breakfast every morning, kitchen floor equipped but above all the kindness and courtesy of the owners. There is also a market 2 minutes away. highly recommended.

The studios are clean, well furnished, and every morning a lavish Greek breakfast is served right in the room.

Surrounding nature with sea view

The host was very warm and very kind. The room had a beautiful view of the sea. A car would be recommended! Quiet location. The breakfast was sensational. The bathroom was very small, but this is probably standard in Greece.

We stayed for a week in 4 and we were fine. The owners are super polite and attentive to everything. Breakfast is served every morning very abundantly. I recommend buying milk if you prefer because they offer mainly spruce. Room clean and towels change every day. We had a house for 4 people with two bedrooms, bathroom, terrace and balcony. The kitchen is small but fine. The house is always clean, not very modern but comfortable. I recommend even though the area is not central but it is close to all the most beautiful beaches of Zantegas and not far from the center of the burning.

There is no better!

We've been here for 4 days and I can say it's a cozy and mostly clean local show. Homeowner nikon person sunny and very nice luckily my girlfriend speaks Greek because he doesn't speak Italian or English.Maria breakfast lady and sunny and more also speaks Romanian for those who need it in the room there is marmalade oil and white wine to say good morning with every good goddess sweet to salt and every day change if you have a moka get dressed because here is coffee and an optional snack 😀 if I come back to Greece I'll take it back. here you have all the most beautiful beaches within a radius of 1.2 km the beach of turtles fishing cart at 1km banana beach with water games with water balloons on the attractions drawn by motorcycles and taverns where you can enjoy the braces in the dense and never forget to uncover a square or a square if you can't find a square or a square.

Relaxation and nature

Me and my boyfriend had a wonderful stay at Villa Kapnisi, with quiet dinners under the stars in our little balcony, and mornings with a view. Our room was clean and tidy and had everything we might need. 

The beaches of Porto Roma and Gerakas are less than a 10min walk each, and we had help from our lovely hosts to rent a scooter on one of the days. They also provided a lift to the airport (and would have provided one on arrival but we forgot to organise it in advance) It cost half the price of a taxi.

Overall a great find and we would certainly consider returning.

Lovely, quiet and with a view

It was a wonderful stay for the family 4 with kids aged 6 and 9. The room was nice, clean (cleaning was done every day) and big enough to accomodate the four of us. At the end of the day we only slept there and had breakfast and would head for various places to see here and there during the day. Breakfast was just fine with fresh fruit and juice and some local cakes and pastries, not to mention a bottle of local wine filled up every day to cheer us up in the evening ;-) True there is not much to do for the kids, but as mentioned we didn't stay at the Villa during the day and from the beginning were aware it is not an all-inclusive hotel with all the facilities, so do not complain at all! As our flight was late in the evening we were allowed to stay in the room till late afternoon free of charge! We reallly appreciated it as it allowed us to spend some hours on the beach in the morning and return to the room to refresh and get ready for the journey back with Helen who picked us up from and also drove us back safely and on time to the airport.

Lovely stay!

We lived here in September 2015. It was a very nice villa, very clean and cozy. It was a beautiful view from the window. We really liked the breakfast we brought right to the room in the morning, and we could enjoy our coffee sitting on the terrace. In the guest room we left something nice every day: olive oil, pink wine or fruit. By the way, the owners are very nice and hospitable. The villa is located near two beaches. The owner's mother met us at the airport and took us back. From resting at this villa and at Zakynthos, all that remains are pleasant emotions and impressions!
