B K Guesthouse

I have stayed in B&K for my winter holidays 3 times (or is it 4? lost count) already, and I would definitely stay there again if Trikala was my destination. The guesthouse is located just a 5 minute walk from the main village. It rests on a hill, so the view from the rooms is amazing and you can see pretty far if it's not too foggy. We always stayed at the "B" guesthouse which I suppose is mainly for couples. The room is simply yet nicely decorated, it was always spotless clean, the double bed perfect for a comfortable sleep and the kitchen has everything for your everyday needs, also enough goodies for a great breakfast (plus Ada's homemade cake, which is a good bonus). The fireplace is very big and cozy, plus there's always a good supply of wood for it, so we never ran out. The "K" guesthouse has 2 rooms, with the biggest one being the bedroom and the smallest has the fireplace and a sofa which can be used as a bed. Not many differences besides that. Nick is very helpful with everyone and is always there when you need him. If you need a quiet place for a romantic getaway or a cozy place to rest I'd say this would be the one. We'll be back!
