This place has something magical about it!
Surrounded by nature and nourished by the warmth of its people,it feels like a home you are coming back to.
clean and cosy,excellent traditional food and very kind staff,it is highly recommended for a beautiful stay

We had a lovely stay at Koustenis Village hotel! The hotel is a very beautiful stone house and it keeps a traditional mood! Our room was spacious, clean and with a fireplace in it! All the people who work there are very kind and helpful! We also had a tasteful breakfast there! And the area in general is very picturesque, with a lot of green around! We recommend this place if you want to have some quiet and calm time! Thank you!!

Located 900m out of town, next to the Water Power Museum, it offers easy parking, great views and walking distance to the museum, town and the gorge.
The room is very comfortable, spacious, clean and the bathroom is easy to use.
Don't be put off the 900m from town as it is a delightful walk back down the hill after dinner.

A lovely stay!

Great view, spacious room

One of the most disgusting hotels in my quarter of century of active travel. Located at a distance from the Dimitsana in a beautiful place before the water museum. However, it is lowland, and in early June it was 13 degrees and even lower at night. In the room we had to be dressed. On appeal to the administration of the hotel to turn on the heating, which, incidentally, was included in the booking from the Booking.com, they refused - in summer  they do not turn on the heating. Also added: "You are from Russia and  must have a habit to cold weather". Internet in the second building (room 24) actually was absent, wifi worked  for a minute, not more, then "flew out"  and somehow kept only outside - on the balcony, where, again, it was very cold. The room was not very clean, there was some caterpillar or beetle in the bathroom! The crown of all was the attitude of the staff, which I have already described above. In addition to all the English of the woman receptionist was very poor, and her pronunciation was generally barbaric - a kind of "guif" instead of "with".

Disgusting hotel

Lets start with the positives since there are only a few. The view is great, the room is nice and big, so is the bathroom. 

Negatives: it could be cleaner. If you use the fireplace then you are charged 10 euros per night only for some logs of wood that will be burnt in 2 hours. If you ask for more,they will bring you the same amount for 10 euros.
Breakfst is pretty bad considering that they bring you some biscuits and some kind of dry bread.

SOS: they turn the heater off every day from 9 am to 3 pm, so if you decide to stay at the hotel room all day you will freeze your a**  off.
The lady seems to be very NOT great with hospitality. Expensive for what it is.

Better look for another one!!

Failed to deliver in almost every way. No aircond, but worse- no screens to keep mosquitoes out. Bed was hard and small. Bathroom was tiny and cramped. Breakfast was poor. No fruit except for some dodgy oranges. 
I read some other reviews here and cannot understand the reasonable ratings given. This was a very poor offer worthy of a very low rating.
