Small, traditional, independent houses, made of stone, built on a cliff of mount Parnon, with an amazing view to a gorge with chestnut forests. Lithoxtista is a stand-alone destination, although the mountain is calling the visitor for an amazing trekking experience. A beautiful nature unfolds before you. The "lithoxtista" houses will provide you with everything necessary for an unforgettable stay. Breakfast is provided in the room, already waiting on the shelves and in the fridge - nothing is missing! Traditional mountain tea, greek coffee, old fashioned bread and many more delicacies, together with a cozy fireplace and a digital satellite pay TV, will help you relax after a long day on the mountain. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: The hotel is located in Kosmas, a small village in Arcadia, Peloponnese about 1150 m elevation. Not all amenities / facilities were present, as this is PURE NATURE speaking , an escape from civilization. For this reason, wifi connections were absent and sometimes the water-tap had no pressure (as the hotel owner advised us, a technician was expected to travel to the village and repair - this was very temporary, I'm sure it's fixed already!). For those of you who wish to escape from technology and enjoy an absolute luxurius relax in nature, this is your place to be. SOME ADVICE: Disconnect. Forget to update your facebook status and enjoy the colourful nature around you, listen to the birds' singing and observe the mountain's plantation. I became a flower-stalker - what a beautiful hobby! VERY IMPORTANT: the place is pet friendly! yes!! our dogs really enjoyed the stay! We will certainly visit again!
