My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay because of vlassis hospitality (The owner). Very Nice and welcoming person, he brought u’s wine & olives. We Can recommend staying with him!

Best location, comfortable and relaxing rooms, quite ,ample with great hospitality and service! Though very windy in Paros , the rooms do not suffer even if you sit at the terrace.

We met Vlassis (owner of the studios) directly at the port of Paros. He brought us with the car to the accomodation and on the way we've got a sightseeing tour. The rooms have a direct view to the see. Vlassis father, a smiling old man, is part of the habitants and helps where there is need. Also the very friendly roommade i have to mention. Every morning she brought us greek joghurt with honey, coffee, juice and fresh fruits and cleaned up every day the Room. Also a beautiful garden is in front of the studios. Vlassis helped with the motorbike rental and we had a really good 125ccm moto. Piso livadi is a beautiful small harbor village with all things you need. Thx Vlassis and his family for the nice Time! Enjoy the sunsets and sunrises as you look over to nearby Naxos. It must be good I’ve been going there for 20 years

Vlassis, a very warm and energetic man runs the hotel with his equally nice mother and father. He and his family gives you a great dose of positive energy for your day.
The hotel is amazing with a great taste of the island. Its really clean and in a very nice and calm area. 
I would love to come back to Paros, and stay in Kohilo again.

We got off to a bad start - there was nobody there when we arrived (it was early October). I found the owner's number and rang him, but he didn't seem to know about our booking. He asked what the rate was ihat Expedia had quoted. He then said he would send his father to sort it out.  Father arrived (couldn't speak any English). Fortunately my Greek is enough to get by. He showed us a room that was dingy and drab  then told us on the phone that we could have a sea view room for an extra 10 euros a night - we saw it and took it. The next day the owner's mother arrived and everything changed - she was marvellous! From a disappointing start to a great level of service. Recommended, but make sure you now what you are getting!

Not the best start - had to call and the owner did’nt seem to know who we were or which booking site we had used - he tried to guess… eventually he gave us the best room at the top which had a very big terrace and a fabulous sea view - at night you could see the lights of Naxos and a great starry sky. Not quire where it was supposed to be on the location map but very walkiable and the roads are all lit. Lovely garden.

A another great stay

Met Vlassis via an English friend of mine 16 years ago. Since then I've been coming back almost every year. The rooms are simple, traditionally furnished and cleaned daily, the view is spectacular, the garden so relaxing. Just a few minutes walk from Piso Livadi & Logaras, with many choices for food & drinks. A few steps down the rooms is a nice little secluded, "private" beach as Vlassis says. Well it's actually public, but has the feeling of privacy since few go there. You can have your coffee or beer down there, read have a swim and relax. What really makes Kohili  though is the people. Mama Maria serving you coffee and a bite with a true, genuine smile. Vlassis' dad watering the plants, being there in a discreet yet friendly way. Vlassis...well, he's a character! Always on the move, helpful, going out of his way to help people. A crazy guy with a heart of gold! If you're looking for a fancy room and buzzing nightlife this is not your place. If you're after relaxation and true Parian hospitality, welcome to Kohili Studios!

Wonderful stay in paros

A true little paradise... with an excellent value for money! Absolutely quiet, amazing view on the sea, a beach close by ... almost private, very warm welcome and a fantastic host. All this at 2-min walk away from the beautiful Piso Livadi harbor. A simple room with a superbe terrasse and a breathtaking view... in brief we have spent an unforgettable week at Vlassi’s place.
