This is a small, but very friendly hotel, hidden away on the hillside overlooking Litchnos Beach
The food is okay, but with a limited choice.
There is always room around the poor side with plenty of sunbeds and has a marvellous sister of the bay.
The hotel runs limited shuttles into Parga for only €2 each way per person.
The rooms are very basic, but certainly good enough for your holiday to have a lovely stay.
The staff are friendly and very helpful, especially the owner Christos.
The walk down to Lich, North Beach takes 10 minutes down a very steep hill. You can walk back, but it is steep and give yourself plenty of time 😎
would certainly recommend this place for a weeks break at a time.

Hidden Hotel hideaway

Just returned from a weeks holiday at the Bella Vista. Would definitely recommend this small  hotel with it's lovely pool area, friendly bar and staff and quiet location. We decided to go for bed and breakfast which was served to us every morning by Christos, there was so much choice, so defo worth the extra cost.
Lichnos beach  is  a good walk down from the hotel but we thought it was the nicest one we visited. For a lazey lunch at the beach we found the Coral bar and restaurant the best. 
Would not hesitate to go back to the Bella Vista for another lovely holiday in beautiful Parga. 



Lovely relaxing holiday at tge Bella Vista

This is our second time staying at the Bella Vista Apartments as we stayed in 2018. We have had the most relaxing holiday, the apartment we stayed in was amazing lovely views and comfortable bed.  The swimming pool area is cleaned every morning and we always found a sunbed sometimes being the only people in the pool which was amazing.   Its nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Parga Town but a mini bus is provide for a small fee to take you into town three times a day.  Christos and all the staff are so friendly and are always so cheerful. We will return again for sure.   Darren & Debbie

Relaxing no hassle holiday

Had a wonderful week at Bella Vista in Parga. Christos and his team were amazing hosts. The hotel is spotless and the rooms cleaned daily. The hotel has fabulous views of Lichnos bay where you can find a beautiful beach with sun beds and umbrellas at a good price.
The hotel has a lovely pool with comfortable sun loungers and plenty of umbrellas.
There is a bar with a great selection of drinks and food. Less than 10 minutes drive and you are in the centre of Parga, Christos will give you great tips and assistance in moving around the area if you do not have a car. 
Would I recommend this hotel ABSOLUTELY it is peaceful and close enough to the town where you can eat great food with many choices of restaurants and sensible prices. I would also recommend the Paxos boat trip just speak to Christos and he will assist.

Bella Vista Parga

I stayed in Bella Vista earlier this month as a solo holidaymaker, my first trip to Parga. 

Had a beautiful stay here, Christos and Leo made me feel so welcome, always so friendly and were happy to help with everything. Clean apartment, serviced daily! 

Beautiful pool which was always quiet as there aren't too many rooms. A short walk (hilly on the way back!) to the beautiful Lichnos beach, and a shuttle provided for trips into Parga town itself. What more could you want?! 

I felt so safe in Parga as a solo traveler, plenty to see and do, but also plenty of options to relax and do nothing, the people were wonderful!!

My holiday was for a week but loved it so much I extended to 11 days!!! Already looking at my next holiday to Parga!!! Thank you so much x

Amazing solo stay!

This was our third visit to Bella Vista and not our last.

After an hour-long transfer from the Airport to the top of Lichnos Beach, actually you get dropped off at Porto Lichnos, an excellent restaurant with amazing views.  We were met promptly at the top of the hill by Christos in his beat-up car. The journey down is minutes and you arrive at the hotel for 5 mins passport check and booking in.

We had Room 203, on the second floor, offering splendid views over the pool and into Lichnos Beach and cove. The air con is €40 per week and initially our air con did not work and Christos and Leo fixed it straight away and then after a few further failings he put a good fix in. 
The Safe is free. 

The location has positives and negatives. It is noticeably quiet and truly little road noise, with stunning views. The negative is a 400 m walk downhill to the Coral Bar and Restaurant and the exhausting walk back; for those with mobility issues Christos may take you down or Leo can order you a cab. To go to the Porto Lichnos is about 300 m uphill, but less strenuous than from the beach.

Both Coral Bar and Restaurant and Porto Lichnos do great, local food.

Christos and Leo (who works the bar) are genuinely great hosts. They really are customer focused and extremely hard working.  The cleaner works ridiculously hard and the rooms are cleaned daily and to my surprise new towels and bedding.

Despite valiant attempts to clean the pool on a daily basis, there were still lots of creatures falling in the pool. Sun beds really comfortable and always some left after midday, so no panic for sun beds. 

Food is now served, breakfast, lunch and dinner and the menu quite extensive, but simple fare.  A very welcome coffee at €2

Taxis from Parga are €8 and the mini bus €2 pp per trip. Bus stop is short of the town makes it difficult to catch back. Hence €48 taxi spend. 

Overall the Bella Vista is an exceptional hotel. Folly on TUI for not continuing to market this exceptional hotel and welcome to Jet2

Just spent a relaxing week at Bella vista . Gorgeous place to stay , lovely room and balcony cleaned daily. We had bed and breakfast which was a lovely start to the day . Christos and his staff all friendly and helpful will definitely stay again

Excellent accommodation with excellent service. owner christos and best friend leo really make you feel welcome and are good company in the bar later on in the evening. the accommodation itself is in an excellent place for a really good relaxing holiday, not to far out of town but close enough to the beach of lychnos.christos does lay a bus on into parga Town certain times of the day and night which is really handy.the only little drawback to these excellent apartments is that they are situated halfway down a quite steep road.but if you have any problems at all christos would do his best to help.will be returning inthe near future to see the wild boar and for the tuna salad thank you for a lovely holiday christos and leo

Holiday not to be forgotten 

Home literally 3 hours after a great week. The Bella Vista is in a beautiful setting. Christos and Leo (Leonidas) are great host. Nothing is too much trouble. It is a way out of Parga itself but they run a minibus in to town at a cost of €2. The town is full of lovely tavernas and bars, shops etc. Did a boat trip from there to the beautiful island of Paxos. It really is a breathtaking place.  The cleaning lady at the hotel deserves a mention as she works very hard and keeps the place spotless clean. I never tire of Greece. The food, the people, the culture in general. The Bella Vista is a well run and friendly location with some stunning views, nothing is too much trouble for Christos and his team, the rooms are spotless and cleaned daily.
There is a regular shuttle bus into Parga and back. The pool is well maintained and the bar well stocked and the food is great. The politeness and decency of the staff reflects on their guests, I met some great people….you know who you are.
