A breathtaking view

On a recent trip to Corfu I spent a fortnight at Athina Studios where the room and the staff were wonderful. The room was basic but comfortable with a really well equipped kitchen. The owners and staff were always available, extremely helpful and very friendly. It was ideally situated close to Tavernas, beaches and the supermarket. I am extremely grateful to Athina Studios for making my holiday a memorable experience

A fabulous place to stay

Stayed 9 nights. Room is relatively spacious. Comfortable double bed. Ground floor. Outside balcony. Great air con. Wifi reliable and strong. Plenty of well placed power outlets. Bathroom a little small but functional. Bus stop 300 metres away. Restaurants within short walking distance. Realistically if you hire a scooter this is a very good option to base yourself. Fridge, kettle etc etc.

Value for Money.

The property is basic, but the price reflects that. The hosts were absolutely lovely and the facilities perfectly adequate for us. Air conditioning worked well and you can easily walk to nearby restaurants/bars, as well as the beach.

Great value for money

Selected for the lowest price, in non-economic Corfu, a little to the dark, because it was not very clear in which part of Paleokastristsa it was located, it was an excellent choice. Comfortable enough because the bus stop is in the immediate vicinity, as well as three taverns, a small supermarket and even a ATM (always useful in a country where cash still prevails). As for the beaches, in 10 minutes you arrive at La Grotta, a fantastic cliff and a little further beyond the sequence of beaches that continues for about a km.

We booked this as soon as we knew we had a wedding to attend. There was very little choice in August and we booked this for three of us as we hoped our daughter would join us for some of the time. We thought at the time it was very good value but wedding guests we spoke to (locals) told us it was expensive for what we had. The room was very small and there was no way three people would have been comfortable. Perhaps a couple and a small child would have been ok. There was no air conditioning so it was very hot at night. There was a fan which at least made it bearable. The bed was hard but comfortable. I can't fault the care though, the bedding and towels changed every three days, it was very clean and the owners very friendly. There was a very nice peaceful garden to sit in and it was within walking distance of a lovely swimming point.

Good location

The entrance is a kitchen with two ovens and a water heater. There is all the convenience for cooking and washing (by hand) dirty dishes. Facing the kitchen a functional bathroom, and the room with two beds (ventilator supply) from a covered terrace with a breathtaking view. The structure is immersed in green, with a short distance from the road making the setting silent. Along the main road there are several access points to the sea, which can be reached on foot. The main beach of Paleokastritsa is located just over 3 km away. Since the most beautiful beaches do not reach on foot, I suggest renting a boat and enjoying the coast of Corfu.

I highly recommend it.

I stayed here at the end of June/beginning of July 2016 and we found each other very nice. The room is small, clean and comfortable, with everything necessary (sandwich, towels, kitchen utensils, upholstery, etc...) and from a balcony. The area is quiet and the sea is wonderful. You can walk there, but I recommend renting a means to take full advantage of the beauty of the island and see as many places as possible.

It's perfect.

It's a lovely living room surrounded by olive groves and a crystal clear sea, just a few minutes from restaurants and beaches, which can be reached on foot, and it's a family run property with small, clean, comfortable apartments, and Antreas and his family who run it have been fantastic, available and very kind.

First time in Greece

We enjoyed our holidays in athina studios it was verry nice, the area of paleokastritsa is one of the best spot on the island.There is a beach within 10 min walking and the rooms are clean and nice for their price.  We will surely be back again..
