Great breakfast, great rooms, flawless hospitality. Remarkable experience. Try the handmade marmalade before you go!

Recommended for couples, the rustic feel of arhondika coupled with a view thqt you won't forget 

 

It is very difficault to try to find something negative for this guesthouse and the proprietor of it, Mrs Argyro. So I'll be another one who give the 5 points to this hotel.
We had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Argyro welcomed us offering coffee with biscuits and chatted with us about everything. We liked it very much.
The rooms are very elegant and comfortable. The hotel is above the village with very good view to it. You can go by foot to the centre in 5' but tor the retour you need 10-15' as you have to go the hill up. During the night it's a bit difficault, you may better use the car.
The breakfast is the personal bet for Argyro. It is very rich (eggs, omelettes, toasts, pancaces, marmelades, pies, buiscuits, sweets, fruits etc). She brings several plates one after another with intervals between, so that your breakfast will be like  a presentation of a theatrical act! I think that the breakfast is not only a prifessional offer, but also a way of living for her.
The price is very good for the kind of services you get.

We stayed for five nights and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Wonderful breakfasts and when we had eaten our fill we were given a roll of foil and ordered to "pack it" so lunch as well!!  We also chose to have dinner there for four nights, again the food was amazing.  The location is great for exploring by foot with some great trails over varying distances.  Also the Arcturos Bear Sanctuary is a few kilometers away and well worth a visit.

We stayed at Argyro Guesthouse for 4 nights. It's a lovely place, probably the best out of any other facility in village, but what makes it memorable and extremely remarkable is Argyro herself and the hospitality concept which is ruling the house by all means. Argyro is your mom to be to deliver anything you may desire at a short notice, all day and all night long. Everything, from the breakfast (which is different every day) to the late night dinner (which can be ordered on demand) are home made and traditional and are always prepared & served with kindness and a sweet smile. The facility itself is very clean, well maintained with a perfect view (it is in village's highest point) and no parking worries.

One of the best places I've ever stayed in my trips. There is no luxury and fancy stuff, but the friendliness and service of the owners (hosts) takes hospitality to a higher level. Breakfast is served from 9am till 2pm and is all home made, traditional and delicious.
A "must stay" for everybody visiting the area!

Beautiful place with very nice view. The service was excellent and the breakfast was perfect. Each day different breakfast. The village is wonderful. One of the most beautiful villages in Greece. Argyro was very kind and always there to help.
