Aphrodite Beach Resort Hotel

I really don’t know how this is rated so badly. We were very concerned after booking and reading all reviews. We were so pleasantly surprised and relieved when we saw the place . We had a fantastic stay with 2 small kids. And everyone was so lovely with them. We got a family room which was really good size and 4 of us had plenty of space for a week, air con, tv and fridge. Rooms were cleaned every day and new towels also. We read about ants being in the rooms, we also had some ants on one occasion but guess what? We dropped some crisps on the floor and that’s what happened . If you drop food ok the floor and don’t bother to pick it up , you’re gonna get ants . That’s really not the hotels fault !!! Towels available by the pool free of charge . Yes you have to pay for Sun loungers on the beach but you’re on holidays so I’m sure you can afford a sun lounger if you really want one ( this includes drink/ food service at the beach) staff walk endlessly all day to provide this service . It really is amazing. Breakfast is excellent and loads of fresh choices for every palate . Yes the hotel is situated a short distance from Mykonos town we drove there nearly every day and it is 15 min drive and you can easily do it with your eyes closed . Golf trolley always available to transport customers to and from rooms if needed. Prices are normal and you get what you pay for which is a sea front resort! We would highly recommend this and will definitely be returning!!
