I stayed here for 6 nights and had the most wonderful time. Beba, her family and staff were all very lovely, friendly and helpful. The property is right near the beach so I could walk there, or the main Chora was a short drive/walk (2.3 kms). The room was clean and very comfortable, and the taverna downstairs had amazing traditional food.  It was quiet and very relaxing. I will definitely be going back to Kimolos and most definitely staying here again. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

So relaxing and beautiful!

Excellent location, rooms and food at very reasonable rates❣️😋👍 and the lovely pebble beach at a pebble’s throw 😎. The only down-side is that it is often fully booked, but we got lucky 💃🏻🕺🏼 and managed to snatch the last room (with the best view)  just hours before check-in.

The room was dated, looked like room from the 70 ties! The air conditioner was directly above the bed so was impossible to use it due to cold air at our neck! We couldn’t leave the window open as it was ground floor so we used the window covers but the there was no sir coming in as they completely isolated the air coming through. There bathroom was so old with nothing around the shower so the area was full of water! In our 3 days no towels were changed, even though was close to a beach area! Other places we visited during our vacation offered much more and seemed to respect their visitors!Wi-Fi signal equal zero! The food was also basic and nothing special!

The worst stay in our 25 days in the Greek Islands

Awesome restaurant. Nice location close to the beach, We went to have a late dinner in June and the waiter was super nice to us. He let us know that they had a variety of different dishes but the house specialty was spaghetti with shrimps, which we ended up ordering and was indeed  fantastic. Would recommend 100%.

Perfect dinner

We fell in love with Kimolos and to that contributed the Sardis family as well. We stayed in the Sardis rooms and ate every single night of our stay in the Sardis restaurant which is located on the front part of the rooms. But it is situated that way that the restaurant doesn’t affect in any way the peace and quite of the rooms in the back side. Beba and her son Themis are both amazing cooks and the whole family is warm-hearted, welcoming makes you feel immediately at home. The locations is exactly what we were looking for in front of the season. Quiet area and only 5’ away from the chorio (the main village)
Spacious rooms, well equipped and nicely decorated. Big bed. Airco. Tv. Fridge. Very spacious for all our stuff. Very clean. Eleni the house keeping lady made sure we have anything we needed. Always kind and polite. 
The sea is exactly in front of the rooms. Nice pebble beach. Our stay at the Sardis rooms was the highlight of our holidays. We are definitely returning to kimolos and we are always staying there.

Best holidays ever

Sardis is a wonderful taverna in Kimolos with simple & spacious room overlooking the sea or the stunning countryside of the little island of Kimolos 
What make this place speciale is the owner Mrs Sardis , she is an incredible host that makes you feel at home & treat you as a member of her family 
The food in the taverna is the best of the island , genuine Family Greek food with wonderful fresh fish & old recipes cooked by Mrs Sardis 
She will treat you with her homemade jam & many more delicacies 
What a lovely stay !!!

A little piece of Paradise

We have stayed at Sardis many times, it’s very quiet the rooms are nice and the food is great, it’s situated near the beach which most days is nearly empty, it’s walkable to the Chora but there is a bus and an island taxi if you don’t fancy the walk, we’ll be back next year 

Fantastic 

Just got back from visiting this quiet island with the most beautiful beaches I've ever been to.  We chose to stay to Sardis Rooms where Beba (God Bless Her) the owner treated us like family.  The rooms were spacious mine renovated and extremely clean, very comfy. The restaurant is in the front where Beba does her magic.  Where do I start, she starts every day with a big smile, her food Greek cuisine, fish, veggies from her garden, DELICIOUS, and very reasonable. She was A Star Hostess, we will be forever friends, the beach very close Heavenly, I hope to go back So Go to Bebas LOVE

Very nice people! Friendly, kind and very good at their jobs! Great restaurant, local dishes with fresh and quality ingredients! Delicious breakfast with Beba's homemade marmelade!

Kimolos is a very small and wild island lost in the Aegean, where time appears to have stopped. If you like the concept, go there! "Sardis" is in fact an excellent (recommended!) seafood restaurant located in ALIKI, a few miles West of the capital and harbour (10 mins drive). The restaurant owners simply had some rooms built behind the restaurant, far enough so as the customer is not bothered by the restaurant's inevitable noise. The rooms are spacious, well furnished, water has pressure, the mattress is great (hard). The hotel is conveniently located at walking distance from the beaches of Aliki, Bonatsa and Kalamitsi, which are the best when the Nothern Meltemi wind is blowing. The owners, a lovely couple with two adorable little girls, will do their best to make you feel at home and satisfied. DO NOT BE demanding in terms of wifi: it exists on the paper, but the phone lines date back to... 1940's so the speed is that of an old and sick turtle ;) ;)  I was sitting next to the modem-router and could not load a page! There's nothing that the hotel owners can do, the state phone company must only... replace the phone lines on the whole island!
