For the fourth time in this place. Heaven can only be on earth in a place like this.Everything is perfect. Clean rooms, excelent location, friendly stuff. The booking and reception manager Persa is very nice, polite and friendly. The beach is wonderful. Everything was perfect!

Very good accommodation, and very nice sandy beach, blue flag, suitable also for children. During covid time is really good because is a little isolated and not so big. A lot of greek people visit the beach during weekends making this a popular beach. Is not crowded during week days, but not empty, so just ok to feel safe. Hosts are very friendly and the restaurant is good. You can spend few days without the need to travel in other places. On Saturdays, there is a market for vegetables, fruits, olive oil, honey and fresh fish. Sun rise is really spectacular, sun rising from the sea :-) go and enjoy. 

Very pleasant holiday even during covid period

Nice place on the beach, clean rooms, quiet area, good restaurant (they offer half board service if needed) and very, very friendly owners! a good place spend the holiday. The owner even waked up at 5 AM to prepare us sandwiches for travel.. nice and helpful people all the time.

The best the best hotel, perfect place, excellent food, nice people . You have to visit this hotel and this restaurant and you will not regret it for sure. Looking forward to see you again next summer

Very welcoming hosts, friendly and ready to help you in need, the area is quiet - an oasis of relaxation, fairly wide beach, smooth and stones free entrance in the sea, comfortable sunbeds. 
The room is equipped with everything you need for self service and the yard is like a little botanic garden, perfect for helping you relax.

Perfect relaxing vacation

At the very beginning we found this place using booking.com". After we used the contacts in order to arange a reservation the onwers offered us a serious discount if we forget about "booking.com" and used the e-mail of the villa instead for further relations. And we said "OK". At this stage we didn't know that this would be a huge mistake! 

During our stay at this place the owners - a daughter and her father were nice when they met us. After we settled down not nice things happened though. My family and friends were supposed to stay there for seven nights altogether but unfortunatelly shocked of the very bad behaviour of the owners, left two days earlier.

The apartment was cleaned just once for our whole stay of five nights in this villa. So just once were the towels changed as well. 
When I asked the owner's daughter named LILIA for extra toilet paper,  because there was just one roll of it supplied for the first three days, she became angry and in really bad english told me that at this place one roll for apartment for every three days was enough. 
There was a lamp over the bed but its lightbulb was burned so it wasn't possible to be used from the first night we stayed in the apartment. After I asked LILIA about changing a new one she didn't do anything, just making a bad face. I had to aske her many times during the day, while finally in the late evening her father came and change it for just few seconds. 
During lunch time the owners used this time of the day for gardening the grass and flowers in the villa area. So there was no water in our room. When we asked them to fix the problem the act lik they don't speak English at all.
The curtain in the bedroom was torn and having a really big and ugly whole which was a serious problem because of the many mosquitoes at this period of the summer there (august'2017). There aren't any mosquitos nets in the whole villa. When I told LILIA that the curtains are torn and this is a problem in the room she made a bad face and said: "Why?". She told me that there is nothing she can do and that all she wanted was to be happy and smiling and that was what I was supposed to do as well. I said  to myself that this is really a bad behaviour and she is not proffesional at all. 
During our whole stay the onwers kept making bad faces when they saw me or my family and friends in the villa area.
At the last day we dicide to leave LILIA wasn't in the villa. So we went to her father to give him the money our stay and say "goodbye". At the first moment he made us wait for her because he couldn't deal with us. Then he refused our money?! Finally he took it and wanted some more for a compеnsation for the early leaving. He was angry, screaming in both greek and bad English. He even told us many times that he would get the cups involved. Finally we left and this became really a bad memory for us. Because nobody wants to spend his summer vacation this way, I believe.

Extremely bad attitude of the owners made us leave earlier than planned

We booked our reservation on 13th of January 2017, which was 6 months before our arrival. When we reserved our rooms we had a preference for ground floor rooms close to each other at that time the response of the owners was very polite. Here is a snippet from the confirmation e-mail:

We would like to inform you, that we have already received your 200 euro deposit (100 euro/apartment, non-refundable) that you transferred for us through our bank account, so that your reservation below, is completely successful:

*We have already marked your preference for ground floor apartments-as closer as possible to each other and according to our availability, we will try for the best possible option.

We was told the same thing before the reservation, so we really trusted the owners that they will do the best for us. However when we arrived one of the rooms that we got was on the 3rd floor in the ceiling and the other one was on the first floor just above the reception of the hotel. The ceiling one was with too scarfed roof that makes you feel like in a cave. Not to mention the view from it - the unfinished house of the neighbors. 

When we asked why we are accommodated in such rooms despite our preference and the fact that our reservation was made 6 months ago, we received just a evasive answer that nobody had guaranteed to us that our preference will be accomplished and they can't do anything for us because they are fully booked. Formally speaking that is true, but with all the "we will try for the best" tone and given the fact that we reserved our rooms 6 months ago, we just can't believe that the owners had tried to do  the best for us. 

One more unpleasant first impression was that we sent a e-mail before our arrival, just to inform the owners of our arrival time but we didn't got an response. When we arrived they said that they received the e-mail and they wanted to give us some directions for the best road to the hotel, but they didn't had our phone number so they didn't know how to contact us..., which is strange because all of our communication to the moment was through e-mails and we already had exchanged at least 10 mails. 

They also told us that actually they made an error on our reservation and that the second room that was over the reception was a smaller one and its price is 60 euro per night, and not 70 euros per night as they initially told us. Which was good thing of course, but that was strange because that room was the better one. When we asked for discount on the ceiling room to 60 euros from 70 euros initial price, they told us that this is absolutely not possible because with the small room that was their mistake, but still nobody had guaranteed us that we will get the rooms that we want so we are not right to ask for a discount for the ceiling room.

The floor of the ceiling room and the lack of air in it were not the only one cons in it. Its curtains were torn and the sink in the bathroom was broken, as well as the shower stand. 

On the second day when we gave our id cards so they can get our data for reservation details and when we went to get them back, they told us that they will not give them to us unitil we pay for our stay now. That was also strange because the first day when we asked when we can pay they told us that we can pay anytime even on the last day of our stay. However when we stated that we need our cards because we need to use them for driving and after some arguing with them they returned them to us. 

Also the water pressure was not good at all when many people were using the water. 

There was a not working light bulb, for which we needed to notify the owners several times until they come to change it around 9:30 PM when we was dinning on the terrace of the room.  

Finally because of all of this unpleasant surprises we decided to leave earlier on our 5th day of stay from 8 initially planned days. And then the owners started cursing us when we went to give them the money for 5 days stay and started threaten us that they will not leave us like that, that we are not good guests and they will call the police because they are loosing money and they will not be able to find guests for the remaining 3 nights of our stay and requested half of the money for the remaining 3 days as a compensation which we think was absolutely not fair and totally rude. 

The only good thing about our stay was the beach and the sea which were really beautiful but unfortunately they can't compensate the unacceptable behavior of the owners.

Do not trust the evasive statements of the owners !

Initially I didn't have high expectations, taking into consideration the modest price and the not-so-famous location. I went there with my parents and some friends, predicting a quiet and very calm vacation.
The rooms and villa were very nice, clean, including all the facilities required for a nice holiday. The beach was perfect, quiet, umbrellas, bars, sun. 
The host and the crew....pfff.....amazing...just perfect! Anything that we asked for they offered solutions and helped us to have a holiday for every taste and age. We met incredible people and visited a lot of places (is better to come in august or beginning of September, otherwise many things might be closed). So, I would recommend this place even for young people looking to make great memories, I certainly did!

Way way above expectations!

We were in Villa Yianna in the beginning of September 2016. It's a wonderful place! It's cozy and quiet, the rooms are very clean and have everything you need, from the AC to the kitchen amenities, the beach is so close, with  palm-leaf umbrellas and beach banks. But the most important thing are the very friendly and kind hosts, who make you feel like at home! The amazing chef Mrs. Yianna will prepare the most delicious dishes for you! And the service in the restaurant and the nearby bar is superb! 
I highly recommend this small hotel and we will come back next year again :).
