Stayed here in May 2022 and wold definitely recommend. Short stroll from front, with supermarket a coupe,of hundreds yards away. Bright comfortable apartments with gardens/patios at front and rear so you cam enjoy sun or have some shade and the chance to have both doors open for a freezer although also good air on. Breakfasts (complimentary) every morning were superb with great choice and lots of it! If we go back to Lipsi would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in Filoxenia studio for 3 nights, very very clean and comfortable, everything you would need to make a snack or meal.
The continental breakfast delivered to our door, a lovely touch, more than enough to set you up till lunch and beyond.
The studios are a few minuets walk from the supermarket and Bakery, 10 mins walk away from the port and Tavernas.
 Lipsy is a small magical Island, people are very friendly and helpfull, we absolutley love the place, hope to visit again



We sujest this place is the best studios in lipsi very clean quite and nice breakfast they take us from
the port and offer us a coffee we have meet each other and then they drive us at the studio.The owner is a great person she is looking after everything and very friendly thank you for the good service Vasiliki!!!

The studios are very nice, located just a few metres away from the center of Lipsi (a very close walk, though). The rooms are clean and beautifully furnished, everything worked just perfectly. The owner was very kind and helpful.
I strongly recommend choosing this accommodation for your stay in Lipsi.

I stayed here for two nights in June 2015. The studios are situated in a quiet, pretty garden location, near the harbour. The inland view is beautiful, and has a front and rear seating area.
The bathroom is modern, and the kitchen well-equipped, and the four poster bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The studio was spotlessly clean.
I was made to feel very welcome by the owner Vassiliki, and she brought breakfast to the room ready for the next day.
Filoxenia Studios are amazing value for money, and I am staying for a week next year.

Very nice place to stay in Lipsi

Great stay at Filoxenia

We were greeted in a very warm fashion by our host Vasiliki who came to greet us at the ferry. The studio is spatious and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were a bid big and hard but that is a matter of taste.

Given Lipsi is such a small island, we were surprised to be kept awake a good part of the night by motorbikes. That is because the studio is located on a road with a lot of activity.

In the morning, our host brought us warm rolls and croissants with some jam, instant coffee and tea. For our personal preference, what was missing was real coffee, juice or fruits, yogourt or perhaps some cheese.

We moved after only night, craving for some a quieter room.
