The hotel is extremely clean and tasty, it has parking (very important in Lefkada), wonderful location and the super special treatment of Marina, a highly competent woman who explains everything about the island and gives us a different treatment! Every day she brought us a candy! I know... no words! Clean pool, excellent size! Great view. AMEIIIII.

Grandma's house

This accommodation is in a perfect location.Out of the village sufficiently to be quiet but only five minutes walk into the village with the numerous cafes and restaurants.
Each room has a small balcony with wonderful sea and mountain views.
Another great asset is that there is lots of parking on site which is at a premium in this village.
The receptionist is very friendly and provided guests with freshly baked goods every afternoon.
We loved returning to the cool of the trees after a roasting day on a beach .
Sadly the rooms are very small with no extra furniture so no chair in the room ….something we didn’t realise how much we would miss until we didn’t have one!
The bathroom gave plentiful hot water but it is tiny ….if you are slightly bigger than a 36 inch waist then you’d not fit into the shower cubicle .
When we first used the shower we flooded the bathroom and then realised that part of the shower unit was missing .
When we questioned this we were told it had been broken by  previous  occupants …we should have been informed of this problem when we checked in.
The owner offered us a complimentary meal at a nearby restaurant that she owned and we moved rooms the next day but when on holiday you don’t want to spend one of your days moving rooms and you certainly don’t want to be moaning about a shower.
We also reported that the light on our balcony didn’t work …sadly this was never fixed …small issue but it meant we couldn’t sit on the balcony and read in the evening.
There was a small swimming pool but never saw it being cleaned …I had suspicions that it wasn’t as a cushion from an outdoor chair was lying on the bed of the pool fir the duration of our stay .

Lovely position/ poor room.

By far the biggest disappointment was not the hotel but the island of Lefkada.  Because it’s connected to the mainland via a causeway, it isn’t a true island.  As a result there was an overwhelming number of tourist cars; they were everywhere clogging up every available parking place.  
The village of Agios Nikitas is lovely but the beach was unbelievably crowded. So much so people’s parasols were actually touch each other; I kid you no! 
We used the bus to nearby Kathisma Beach and that too was jam-packed with cars from all over Europe.  Never again.


Give this "island" a miss.  One of the worst I've been to

Good and friendly service. You definitely need a good breakfast to keep going up and down the slopes to the apartment. Very tight shower cubicle and toilet.Lovely Marina and staff, always willing to help.I will come back!

Good overall stay

Beautiful place to stay..Mariana makes you so welcome  goes above and beyond ..clean everything you need ..cakes everyday brought to your room..views outstanding ❤️❤️ steep climb to top rooms..shower is small but adequate..free toiletries and parasols to borrow which is a lovely touch

Beautiful place to stay

We have just left Lefkas Petra and had to write a review immediately. We were so welcomed by Marina and her team and we cannot be more thankful, the service was incredible.
There were parasols to take to the beach, games to play in the evening, home-made cakes brought to our room.  We were made to feel at home at all times, nothing was too much bother. Brilliant pool and views over the sea. Breakfast changed daily and was a homemade delicious buffet. Steep walk to the rooms, but that’s the island! To anyone staying in Agios Nikita, you must stay here. Thank you so much !!

BEST SERVICE EVER!

The stay at Lefkas Petra has been absolutely wonderful and splendid, and I would return over and over again to the very same place and people if I have the pleasure to visit Agios NIkitas another time. Lefkas Petra is the perfect place to stay in if you want serene calm and peace, on walkable distance from the more busy and bustling core of the village, yet have an amazing view from your hotel balcony over the village and the sea. The rooms have everything you need, including a quite large fridge, and are always neatly kept and clean. The balcony is worth spending time on, be it at dawn or sunset. And the poolside terrace offers a very calm and private kind of downtime. Most of all, the best in class experience at Lefkas Petra is because of the owners. Ioanna, Vassili and their wonderful staff member Marina know how to show true and professional hospitality towards their guests. I felt personally welcomed, and half the joy of the stay was thanks to them. They put their time and effort in to help, assist, guide and have conversations with you. I am forever grateful to them for this, as this has been my first visit to Greece. So once again, I will truly recommend Lefkas Petra to other visitors any time!

Serene place with lovely comfort and view

Serene stay with lovely hospitality and view

Beautiful structure in excellent location, in a quiet area but two steps from the pedestrian street with the various shops and restaurants. Comfortable to reach on foot the beaches of Agios Nikitas and Milos. The rooms are all sea and swimming pool views. Our was spacious, equipped with everything necessary (even the boiler that I often do not find in business hotels). Very comfortable balcony, with a stand and a table with chairs, where you can relax admiring the spectacular view on the coast and listening to the singing of cicadas. Very appreciated also the swimming pool area, well maintained and perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach. Excellent cleanliness and exceptional staff! A special thanks to Ioanna, super kind and available, always ready to give beach loads to visit, and Marina, who with her most enthusiastic advice and still enjoying our vacation, makes us happy and enjoys the amazing cargoes on the beaches and our most exciting and contagious commodities.

An Unforgettable Holiday

A nice little address at Agios Nikitas in Leucade. One of the positive points is the beautiful view from the rooms (all with balcony) but above all the kindness of Marina, the manager who gets in 4 to please her guests. For example, she deposits in each room homemade cake parts every afternoon! Breakfast is good, varied, fresh and homemade. On the other hand, the bedding is medium, the bathroom is very small and noisy when you try to sleep. You should also know that the rooms are located on a very steep hill and you need to be in good shape to access it.
