It's not bad but it's all a little fair space... in the bathroom you have to make some judgments... the room is also a little fair in size but... the owner is very big, has a very good location and a small terrace from which you can see the harbor.

More than right.

Nice room with sea view at the center of Vasiliki just few metres from all the rastaurand and the cafeteria. Good staff that always they like to help you to find some nice beaches around the island.

Below average in everything.... Not worth the money. Convenient location to stay. But no parking.no view.old rooms.very small.small bathroom.no shampoo.old towels.broken refrigerator.not happy with the choice.

Visited for several nights while in Vasiliki. Location was very convenient, especially having a supermarket downstairs, easy to locate when coming from the bus, close to everything you will need. Host, Orfeas was very friendly and accommodating, always giving suggestions of the best beaches/activities - even helps you book tours. Room was basic but with regular cleaning and a private balcony. Recommended if you’re looking for a no frills low budget spot.

Greek Island hopping

We didn't stay in Orfeas Rooms but in another property up the little street from it. Orfeas told us it was an upgrade and gave us a choice of 2 different rooms. We were very happy with our cute and clean, large room with nice balcony and beautiful view. Orfeas was very friendly and kind and ended up driving us to a nearby village the day we had to check out.

Nice and comfy room, friendly host, beautiful surroundings

The first problem was finding the structure, the only sign is on a building, but too high to be visible from the street. The reception is a mini-market/kitchen next to a plaza and the tables where breakfast is served not included. The rooms are in the same building on the upper floors. Ascending to the second floor we were assigned the room immediately on the stairs: in the room we could barely sit in two, we spent more time on the balcony than inside. The bathroom was as wide as the sink and the shower was only a faucet next to the bathroom with a drain, so it was impossible to clean the whole environment without even having room for a tent. The very old toilet with a plastic table. The room comes up from the same room with continuous meat and perhaps the same air conditioning.

Bad experience

For a small fee in the centre, it's also very quiet. Right at the entrance of the house, you can buy everything you need. On foot you can come to the pentler boats for 6€ and back to agiofilli to the beach. The first ride is around 10.00 and then every hour. Take something to drink, eat and sunscreens with on site there is also something a little more expensive. The beach is beautiful.

Apartment

Stayed here in August 2014, we were very happy with our room, it was small but very clean and we had everything we need complete with wi-fi, a tv and air conditioner as well as a small balcony.
The house is right next to the town square and the port, the owner is friendly and helping.
Have in mind that as in many places in the Greek islands, the running water is heated by the sun so there's plenty in the afternoon but none in the morning.
