Pleasant staff. Excellent room with a great view. Wifi was good and central to main tourist area in town.

I read reviews and thought it can’t be that bad … but the customer service ranges from non existent to negative. The location is fabulous if using the ferries which is why I chose to stay here - and price. Bathroom tiny and shabby. Side sea view and no balcony - the front rooms should be better.It took over 5 minutes after ringing the reception bell for someone to appear at checkout. She was perfunctory and had a charm bypass. When I asked if I could leave my luggage she gestured to the floor near the stairs ‘anywhere’. Given that no staff were present at reception or the bar ( busy in the kitchen) I opted to keep my luggage with me. Staff are evidently multi-tasking - perhaps the reason for sour expressions.

Staff need some attitude adjustments

Very clean and comfortable room. Only negative comment, our room didn’t have a balcony, so drying bathing suits and towels was pretty hard.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location.The room was very old, the whole place is falling apart for example beds had a weird smell, broken dirty furniture, even the toilet bin was rusty and pedal was completely broken with a metal thing coming out which you had to puss to then open the bin, which cost like what 5 euros to replace??!! There was a whole drama to have AC in the room as they remove the remote control of the AC once the room is empty so they gave it to us when we did the checkin. But then they also had turned off the switch from downstairs for the AC, and we had to ask the cleaning lady for help so she call them to switch it on. Then the remote control had lost connection with the AC as was removed from the room and they had to give us another. Too much trouble to just open the AC, it took us 30 min to resolve this. Service and staff was average, the cleaning lady was kind and helped us with the AC as mentioned before. During our checkin the manager was telling off the receptionist. Later she also had a fight with the two cleaners just outside our room, to the point that one of the other residents on the floor had to actually ask them to keep it down because she was sleeping!Overall, I know the location is convenient but try to avoid staying there, it does not worth your money at all.

We expected to stay in a 3-Star Hotel but got a very low budget stay. Windows can’t be open because mosquitoes come in - the bath was a nightmare and one of the employees wasn’t nice at all.

Not what we expected

I stayed one night only, but I will never forget this place. I am not sure why would anyone leave to anyone a half used toilet paper roll next to a miniature tv, which turns on by itself! By the way the remote doesn’t work. In the event the possessed tv wakes you up in the middle of the night, stay calm, pull the plug off the wall and go back to the wooden-feel mattress. The two pillows were made of the thinest sponge so they will keep your head warm all night, and the sheets couldn’t be unfolded for a reason I can’t explain. The toilet smells like a toilet and the refrigerator was warm. You HAVE to kill a bug or two. The shower curtain will gently touch your back, due to its unique shape. Who needs space in the shower anyways? The room also comes with a warning NOT to touch some air unit buttons. Your receptionist is also your bar tender, but he gets upset when you look at him, so please no eye contact. When you check out, don’t bother say goodbye, they will only look at you head to toe and ask you if you have paid. If you say yes, that’s more than enough to turn their head away from your presence. There is a parking structure a mile away, so you can multitask and get your steps while heading to the hotel. I am Greek AND from Lefkada. I actually grew up there and I have never felt so embarrassed to my company that came from Los Angeles. The view is good and so does the night noise from the bars next to it. This place is a perfect choice for someone you hate.

De wifi is a bit difficult in the room. On my room 106...the cleaning lady late....Further: good hotel

It was terrible hotel wifi never works we used to call service to bring new towels be careful if you stay here prepare your self for no wifi service and no help , food very basic and not very clean bathrooms was very bad air conditioning was very bad because sometimes didn’t work

Worst hotel in the world !!!!

Great location for restaurants and the town, and lovely sea view. Room in need of a refurbishment- beds lumpy, and walls, curtains, bathroom very tired and worn. Clean though.
