A quite wonderful place to stay if you are looking to see the region. The owners, Mr Demetri and Mrs Christina are the perfect hosts and will ensure you are well looked after throughout your stay. The Hotel is placed in amongst olive trees as far as the eye can see and the peacefulness is calming... A wonderful and comfortable base for any trip! The fireplace in the lounge is ever burning and you feel like being at home.

Stayed here one evening to be close to Epidavrous for an early morning visit to the historic site.  Lovely facilities with balconies overlooking olive groves, hillsides. Fresh fruit and homemade breads with breakfast. Fireplace in room and dining area and lively sitting areas.

Great family run hotel, in the middle of nowhere but near the charming village of Ligourio.

We booked this as a stop over on our jouney from Messinia to Athens, and specifically to meet up with friends from Laconia who drove up and joined us taking the room next door.

We were welcomed by the genial owner and shown to well appointed roomes with a balcony and an additional room upstairs with a second double bed if required. The hotel seems to have had a recent refurbishment as al the fittings looked pretty new. 
Everthing was perfectly clean and the blown air heating was both efficient and welcome.

We enjoyed some walks in the surrounding countryside and in the evening decided to eat at the hotel rather than drive into the village as the weather took a real turn for the worse. 

What a great plan that was. Proper 'Mamas' cooking - if somewhat voluminous - they seemed to think they were feeding an army..
If I recall the two courses with copious wine was €15 per person! The four of us spent a happy couple of hours over dinner chatting, eating and drinking. We enjoyed it so much that we did it all over again the next night.
Will stay again next time we pass through the area (as we often do)

worth every penny spent all rooms are huge with a veranda facing a large plot og olive trees and vine yard the whole place is very quite and cozy,the landlord is always happy to serve you and keep you happy,the food is always traditional with alote of fresh vegs picked up and cooked from there own fields,the fruits where fabulous and the position of the hotel is near Epidavros where the ancient theatre and museam is,
Around the area there is alot to see.

I was attending a performance at Epidavros Theater and the morning after I was sailing for the weekend in the area. This Inn proved to be a very good choice for its proximity to where I needed to be (both the Theater and the Port of Palaia Epidavra), its easy-to-find location and its comfort. Spacious rooms well equipped, surrounded by olive trees and pomegranates, all wrapped in the friendly hospitality of their owners. Served the purpose.

Hani Inn offers very probably the best accommodation near the Ancient Epidaurus theater. The rooms are spacious, tastefully equipped with all amenities and perfectly maintained, although they are already 10 years old. The most striking element of this hotel is the warm welcoming and the hospitality offered by its owners Dimitris and Christina. One feels rapidly among old friends, with whom one can discuss about the plays in the theater until late in the night. The hotel offers a small menu with dishes cooked with ingredients from their own grounds, both for lunch and for after-theater supper. The breakfast buffet is a little chaotic, but this is outweighed by the quality of the mostly home-made items.

Our family of 5 visited in August 2015. We had tickets to Ancient Epidavros; the hotel was a 10 minute drive there. The rooms were clean and spacious. We didn't use the kitchen for cooking but it was convenient having a small refrigerator. The owners and staff were gracious, attentive, and it felt like family when dining there. The food they prepared was quite good and the vegetables were all fresh from their (organic) gardens. When I didn't want coffee they prepared a special tea just for me using their
plants and herbs. If ever in the area again, we will return to this lovely Inn.
