Stayed one night 27th March 2024 with my son. The apartment location is mesmerising, the apartment itself (we stayed in the balcony apartment) was clean, and perfect for what we needed. The host was very accommodating and communication was excellent. I would recommend these apartments to everyone and if we visited beautiful Chania again we would stay here.

When we first came to Chania over 25 years ago, these apartments were at the lowest range of accommodation.  But what a difference the owner has made over the years.  We stayed in a well appointed apartment with newly refurbished, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.  
It is the perfect place to stay in the centre of the old town.
As usual Gianni, now assisted by his son, is the epitome of Cretan hospitality. It is excellent value for money and we have already booked again for next year.

In our opinion one of the nicest streets in Chania, not too busy or crowded and very close to everything including car parking. The rooms are big and have everything you need including beautiful street view balconies. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Stayed here for a 5 day break and it was perfect...cleaned EVERYDAY ..The street it is down is adorable with great little places to eat all around.Not far from any thing..

Don't hesitate to book these apartments!..I booked the ground floor, spacious, great aircon, spotlessly clean, comfy beds, right in the centre, minutes from harbour!... cannot fault it!..Great hosts, nothing is too much trouble. Loved Chania!

Anastasia is in the heart of the old town, in Theotokopoulou Street which is is pedestrianized (Allow for a ten minute walk to your parked car). The apartments are spacious, clean and quiet, with numerous shops and restaurants close by.  Yannis is friendly and attentive, seeing that we were tired he upgraded us from Talos, which we had booked.

Excellent location on One of the loveliest streets in old town Chania. Restaurants and shops but no loud bars. Our apartment had a terrace in the back. The others have balconies facing the street. We loved the privacy. Comfortable bed, adequate kitchen. WiFi sometimes wonky, and water pressure not so great. But overall, a wonderful place.

PERFECT!

Is in a good location and not too noisy given the street. However the rooms are shabby and need refreshing, esp the tiny bathroom. Upstairs (bedroom) air con is weak which is a problem in August. Expensive for what it is
