Astoria Aparthotel

(Note that the hotel address is incorrect - Keramoti is near Kavala, not in Crete) Apart-hotel Astoria is a charming family-run place that is a short walk from the main beach in Keramoti. Our room had all you need - comfortable beds, a bathroom/toilet, air conditioning, and a kitchenette (mini fridge, sink and hot plates). The hotel is also close to the shops, restaurants and the Thasos ferry terminal in town. The food in the restaurants is amazing, and the sea water is clear and clean, but the sand needs cleaning. In general, the town takes a relaxed stance towards landscaping and maintenance which means it won't be as pristine as other vacation destinations, but it's the place to be if you would like to escape the crowds of busier resorts.
