Very nice place run by nice people and recommended by our daughter. Not far from the centre and ferry terminal. Beautiful views and good food and drink venues nearby at very reasonable prices with great service

Lovely visit

This is a really great place to stay. Five minutes walk from the main square in Argostoli and the waterfront. Nikos and Vivian were great hosts, very welcoming, knowledgeable about the local area and would do anything for you. They very kindly arranged taxis whenever I needed one. The local bus station is around 30 minutes walk along the seafront, and buses go to most places on the island from there. I was on the first floor. My room had a balcony where I sat in the sunshine having breakfast and coffee in the evening. Vivian Villa has a lift which is very handy.  It was immaculately clean with a hairdryer, safe, bedside light, fridge and tv. Everything I needed was there. I really can't recommend a stay here highly enough, I had a great time. A lovely island too!

Super place to stay!

I had the pleasure of staying with Nicko and Vivian and can’t recommend this accomodation enough for multiple reasons. 

It’s in a fabulous position in Argostoli . Close to the port, main square and a bus stop to take you to the most gorgeous sandy beach of Makris Gialis 

We stayed in the self catering studio which was perfect . Absolutely spotlessly clean and with all The amenities we required. 

Nicko and Vivian have created the perfect atmosphere where you can experience the real Greek hospitality.
They went above and beyond allowing me to accompany them to both a Greek concert and then taking me again to st Gerasimos feast day as I didn’t have transportation. The chatter and stories along the way just added to my experience. 
This level of hospitality is so rare and I’m so grateful to them both for everything. 
They made my stay so special .

I look forward to seeing them again soon. 
Do not hesitate to book . There is a reason they are listed in the lonely planet guide and so deservingly .

Outstanding Hospitality  in every way . 

Vivian and her husband are very kind, welcoming and helpful! The rooms are clean. Our room had a small garden which was very useful. The hotel is just a short walk away from the harbour and many shops, restaurants etc.
We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay!

Room was as expected with a friendly welcome on arrival. Cleanliness was especially good. You may be required to pay 0.50€ per night towards their council tax. 
It is in a great spot, located amongst the locals within a short walk of everything you require in Argostoli and even further travels around Kefalonia and the mainland.

Perfect place

Me and my good friend Vanessa went to visit the island for a week and the accomodation and good care that was given to us by Vivian and her husband was so great and heartwarming. The room was excellent and the town center was just 5 minutes from the hotel. if i ever visit Kephalonia again (and i will!) i know where i will stay! thanks again for all the good care and the friendly atmosphere you provided, Vivian! big kiss from me and Vanessa! it doesn't get any better than this

Six of us - 2 couples and 2 children - spent a peaceful night in the large apartment at Vivian Villa. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming with good tips about enjoying their town. The apartment worked for the 6 of us for a short stay. The highlight was the lovely outdoor patio with a view of the town and sea. Thanks for everything.

Comfortable and friendly stay

Vivian villa has a relaxed vibe, and the hosts are very friendly. The room was spacious and clean, with good hot water,  a handy little kitchen and some old fashioned charm. There was even some homemade cake for us to enjoy. It was nice to have a balcony too. The hotel is in walking distance from everything but off the main streets which is good. Overall, a decent base if you’re going to be out and about a lot.

Good base in Argoswith friendly hosts

We enjoyed our stay at Vivian Villa.  The rooms are plain, but clean and welcoming.  Vivian and Nikos are very friendly and helpful.  The location is a bit off the main thoroughfares, but we liked it for its quiet.  I recommend staying at Vivian Villa!

Friendly and Clean

I really can recommend Vivian Villa, Nikos and Vivian do a fantastic job.  The location is excellent, just 10 minutes from the centre of town.  The room was excellent with a fridge tea coffee facilities and a great balcony.  If we return to Argostoli we will definetly book up again.
