We had a great stay here, totally recommend it! It was very quiet in the night, and we loved to stay on the balcony and admire the tons of stars! The room was very clean, they changed the sheets/towels very often, and the garden in the front of the house was very neat! Fotis was very kind and recommend us all the beautifull beaches and good taverns to eat! It was a lovely holiday, and we re seriously considering to come back in 2021!
Ps don t be worried about the fact that you are close to the airport. The noise is not really disturbing at all! We were a bit lucky to catch one or two landings having front seats in the balcony!:):)
I hope this accomodation will get more reviews since it s such a nice and peacefull location!

Great stay in Kefalonia! 

We were in Mirtia 10 days. The room is very nice with a beautiful view on the sea so we could watch every day a sunset. Owner of the house is great and friendly. Great place and yard around house is amazing made with lot love. The only thing that we didn't like is that maid only enters the room every 5 days, which means we had to ask for toilet paper every time we ran out and take out our trash...

Great view

It's a great location between the airport and Argostoli. The noise of some planes in the early hours of the morning is unique. The staff is kind and available. The owner of Fotis is friendly and always willing to help.

Nice staff, clean room.

We stayed at Mirtia Studios for a week. Check in was very easy (the owner wasn't there but he kindly arranged for us to pick up the keys in his absence). The flat was really nice - good size, modern and super clean. We had a small balcony facing the garden and with a sea view (we could see the sunset everyday!). The airport is really close, you can hear the planes coming and going, but we weren't bothered by it (it's Kefalonia, not Heathrow!). The bathroom was quite small and the shower is really tiny, but not a big deal for a few days! Wi-Fi was a bit jumpy, but again, we could live without it. 

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we'd be happy to go back! Thanks Fotis!

Great little flat

It's my sixth time in Cephalonia and the third time here, a five-minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in Cephalonia, a beautiful garden and clean rooms, a very kind and generous owner.

Good accommodation

I'm in the green, and I'm sure the airplanes feel like they do, and they feel like they do at night (we're awake) both on arrival and off!

For the price, okay!

Located in a small and fragrant Mediterranean garden, rich in fruits and flowers of various types, with panoramic views of the Lixouri peninsula, managed by very friendly and available people. Very welcoming also for the care that the owner reserves to meadows and inner avenues, the hotel offers more than adequate comfort, distinguishing itself in our opinion by the availability of a bathroom for each bedroom (we have used the apartment for 4 people).

At the limit

We stayed in the mirtia apartment for 9 nights and we were fine. The owner was very available for everything, he even escorted us to the airport the night of the return after telling him that the taxi had charged us 20 euros for a two-kilometer drive. The view from the beautiful terrace despite the airport in front is not very annoying. The kitchen corner is quite equipped: refrigerator, panels, toast, oven etc. The only problem is the shower box is too small with the curtain that hangs on it. Air conditioning is perfectly functional and comfortable bed. The structure is located very close to two shops on foot. Argostoli is about 10-15 minutes away from the capital. For the rest we have a 300 square foot beach and we are really well connected.

We were met by Fotis, the owner of the apartments. He was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were a good size, with a small kitchen and everything you need in it.
Dont let the close proximity to the airport put you away, as it's a cherry on top, great experience. On the last day, it was a storm, so Fotis kindly offered to drop us off to the airport, and told if the flight will be cancelled to come back to the apartment and he will let us stay for free until the weather is getting better. It's was a great personal touch and valued a lot.
Очень крутое место. До пляже 3 мин пешком. До Ласси (магазины и рестораны) 5 мин на скутере или машине, до Аргостоли еще 5 мин. Очень дружелюбный и хороший владелец, который с удовольствием расскажет и подскажет куда сьездить и что посмотреть. В ночь вылета была гроза и он предложил подкинуть до аэропорта и сказал если рейс отменят то смело вернутся и переночевать бесплатно. Так же место очень child friendly, семьям с детками самое то!
