We stayed at the property in peak season. The room was perfect and had everything needed for a self catering stay. Quintessentially Greek and added bonus such as air con too. The owner was lovely and made us feel very welcome. She had a beautiful garden of flowers and lemon trees that we could see from our balcony.
Sea view and less than a 30 seconds walk you are in the ocean. Parking is available if you have a vehicle also behind the home.
Based in Poros...a relaxed quiet laid back village is amazing.
For anyone who hasn't been to Greece before ond is expecting a party island....think again.
Days are filled with laid back vibes...Swimming in  clear water waters...exploring the island and its beautiful traditional ways.
Would recommend the property 10/10 and would come back again.

Excellent stay

We had a wonderful stay at this little place, and everything about it exceeded expectations. Our apartment was cleaned to a high standard every day without fail. It is a block away and just up hill from a surprisingly (given the slightly mixed reviews we'd read) pleasant, sheltered and clean beach, which was uncrowded even in August. Our 6 year old, who normally has fairly mixed feelings about swimming in the sea rather than a pool, loved it. Perhaps the less positive reviews of Poros Beach are of the part of the beach closer to the port, which is slightly scruffier, but even so not that bad. The Frederica is close to a couple of small bars across the road from the beach. We didn't frequent these bars ourselves because the music was a little too loud for us and not to our taste, but we did use their sunbeds (€5 per day for 2 beds + parasol) because the music was barely if at all audible from the beach itself. It also wasn't audible from our room or balcony at the Frederica by the way in case you were wondering. Even if you fancy a pool rather than the sea, a short walk along the sea front is the Paradise Pool Bar, a clean and reasonably priced place, which doesn't charge for sunbeds or use of the pool if you eat and drink there. All in all, don't be put off by negative stuff you might hear about Poros. Unless you're after throbbing nightlife or something it's fine. We actually prefer it to Skala where we've stayed on previous visits, which is more package touristy, and has a much more crowded beach, even if it does arguably have better eating out options.
