Truly the top of this address, located on the hill above with a view of the lake and the city below, all the rooms with a view of the lake, beautiful surface and beautifully functional furniture, a large private balcony with living room for you to sit on, a welcome worthy of that name by the owner. Good bed, very clean place, private parking in front of the guest house, it should be noted that to get to this place you will have to winding and zigzagging up through the narrow streets of Kastoria, but what a treat when you arrive!! Here you will be calm, no noise than the delight of the place, peaceful and relaxing.

The hotel is located on a high point of the city, so it offers a stunning view of the lake, the city and the mountains. It is very convenient for walking along the trail to the observation point, from which you can see all the crossroads and the city, to which the water comes from both sides. The hotel has an acceptable soundproofing, spacious rooms with a large bathroom, a lovely host and a very decent hot breakfast.

It's not the only reason to stay in this guest house. We feel good in this house. It reflects the desire of the owners to do things well. Quality lunch, rooms and common rooms are absolutely flawless. Bathroom and furniture are a little outdated but what's the problem? Other wooden furniture is gorgeous. We're light years away from the impersonal style of some hotels. Being a little far away is absolutely not a problem. We're fast everywhere. I recommend!!!

We can only love!

The siblings who run the guesthouse were very nice! We had a beautiful view of Kastoria from both our room and the breakfast room. The breakfast was not designed as a buffet, as is commonly known, but we were served toast, eggs, juice, cakes, cookies, small leafy pastries and bread with marmalade - everything was delicious and the service was exceptionally good! We can only recommend it and would always go there! :)

Placed on top of a hill this place has amazing view over the lake and it's worth it to walk up the steep streets to get there. The rooms are clean and cozy, and although they are not luxurious or fancy, each has a balcony with a lovely view. Baths are clean, the staff is so welcoming and polite that you feel home. The breakfast was amazing - the owners prepare it for you on the moment, there's a beautiful terrace that you can have your  coffee and enjoy the picturesque lake beneath your feet. I recommend it to everyone and surely will be back.

What's a dream for two? It's when you wake up to the song of birds, open your eyes and see the most beautiful sights. This little guest house gave us all this. It's quiet, it's quiet. Beautiful views of the lake and the city. Nice soulful host, delicious breakfast. Everything you need to make peace with your loved one. Make sure to book a room with a large balcony overlooking the city and the lake. Wake up in it is a pleasure.

A very romantic and cozy place.

It is in kastoria which is a very nice City in northern Greece.
The hotel has a great view of the lake from the small balcony of the room.you can eat a great breakfast and watch this fantastic view.

Great view

Situated up-on-the hill, the house offers amazing views to the north part of city and to the lake. You just cannot stop taking photos and filming, in the morning, afternoon or at sunset! Very clean room, kind and friendly staff, very good breakfast. The guest house has parking and a nice garden where you can go down to the city by passing a small church. In 15-30 minutes you can reach any part of city, you can find on the north or south lake-shore a lot of restaurants or coffee shops. The city is very beautiful, don't miss the old center "Doltso", with many narrow stone paved streets and old stone&wood houses and byzantine churches, also the old mansions on Christopoulou Street (and not only), many of theese restaured with EU founds (a good example of useing european founds-bravo Greece!).You can make a trip around Peninsula, visit The Dragon Cave. We stayed only two days, and definitely should return in this beautiful town and hospitally guest-house (Filoxenia = Hospitality)!

The most spectacular city-view!

Very nice people helpful clean rooms very nice view. The breakfast was very good. The fireplace in the room nice. The location of the guest house was not far away from the center could easily walk there.

Amazing view, very friendly people, delicious breakfast!
Kastoria is one of the most beautiful towns of Greece. Near the hotel, there is a small zoo with fawns and other animals that you can feed. The lake is very beautiful and if you like walking or cycling, it is the best place to do it! Near the hotel there is also a manor house named "tsiatsiapa", that you can visit. From Kastoria you can visit other beautiful locations, such as the lakes Prespes and the ancient settlement Dispilio near the lake. The cave of the Dragon near the lake is also very beautiful. Very nice restaurant the restaurant called Nostalgia with cheap and nice food.
