It's a shame that no one actually cleans! The villa was dirty at first and would get worse, even though our room was visited every day, but not cleaned! The towels were changed only once during our 9 days! (when we asked, would we be informed they are changed every 3 days and it is cleaned every day!?) Special security and hygiene measures are also not there! toilet paper, 4 new rolls for all the time and you have to pay all the time?! You have to use the towels sparingly, buy toilet paper yourself... Such beautiful villa will soon become very old and dirty (photos!)

Clean, comfortable, quiet and relaxing...... Violeta is very nice and because of all that we will recommend this place to our friends and family. It is also great for kids. We will come back for sure!

Excellent!

It's not far from the sea, inside it's full of everything. That's where the benefits end. If you don't have a car, you won't be able to buy food (the only store 500 meters) in the heat... There's nothing else around but a terrible cafe on the beach. The food is disgusting!!!Lots of mosquitoes + torn mosquito nets. The air conditioner on the 2nd floor is noisy like a tractor. The mattresses in the bedroom are so worn out that you'll sleep on naked springs. There's nothing on the premises. There's no restaurant, no recipe. However, there's no premises either.

Honest feedback

The villa is very well maintained and well maintained. The interior is very well maintained. The bed and towel are cleaned every day, every three days, the staff comes to meet every request! The rooms are equipped with everything necessary, dishes and so on, up to the coffee maker. There is a barbecue for general use, very convenient, as the family was resting with 7 people, they took 2 rooms at once! The beach is very close, even with small children did not experience any problems! Among the disadvantages: the low ceiling on the 2nd floor, about 1.7-175 m, uncomfortable with a height of 1.82!!, and with the terrible air conditioning of the 2nd floor, the air conditioning is very close to the beach, which is very close to the sound of this, it is impossible to turn off even the best of all types of air conditioning, even for families who are in a bad mood!

A wonderful place, very spacious, new, well maintained, close to the beach. Well equipped. Large bathroom. Excellent service. New towels every other day.

Nice village, quiet and peaceful, friendly people. 
I was surprised there was no restaurant at the property but excellent breakfast is served in the room, nice restaurants at the beach for lunch and dinner. 
Second floor AC was loud. Outside yard of the property a bit small but still enough space for toddlers to play. 
Recommend it for families with small children.

Glad we found it

The apartments are new, very well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need to cook you meals and save on restaurants. The beach is very close (3 - 4 minutes by foot). It's also very quiet, even on week-ends and free. You can bring your seats from home, otherwise you have to buy something from the bars that have their own seats on the beach and they let you use them (I recommend a milk and sugar coffee and they bring you a bottle of water, too). Wi-fi is free on the villa but has very poor signal so you have to come out of the house in order to get some. The air conditioning system had a nasty smell but the owner resolved the problem and it was OK. The bothering thing was that the air conditioning stopped running without the special key put into place. So, when you go out, it shuts down. We had serious problems with the mosquitoes, so take something with you to make them go away (like Autan that is very expensive at the market). The parking is right in front of the villas and it's free.

Very good for families with children

Thank you very much Darko and his wife for the help and comfort. The room was clean, always clean, breakfast was brought on request at 7 a.m. We'll definitely be back again.) The only thing is that we were tormented by mosquitoes at that time (and the funds didn't help much.

Excellent rest and super location.

We went on holiday in 2014 with a guy. We chose a more economical option. But we didn't get disappointed. These apartments are great! It's only 5 minutes walk to the beach. The apartments are clean, well renovated, it's very new. Very nice and tasty. You can see that the owners of the hotel have come to their business with a soul! It's nice that there is a kitchen in the room, and we sometimes have a party with local food at night. But I definitely recommend you go to all the Greek taverns and try their traditional cuisine, it's very tasty, you can just lick your fingers!!! We were very happy with our holiday!

A wonderful vacation in the Chalkidiki.

Very cozy and clean hotel for 10 rooms, 5 minutes to the sea, continental breakfast right in the room, next to the restaurant, a good lunch with wine, salad and seafood for two for about 30 euros, the beach is clean, the bed costs 2 to 5 euros.
