The best hotel on Crete. Owners Iona and Panos, and ever-present barkeep Antonis, were the highlight of our trip. Booking shuttles and activities, finding restaurants, and taking on anything else we needed, they were truly along for the trip and not just renting us a room. Cactus, the hotel restaurant, was some of the best food we ate on the island and a mix of modern and classic food. Room was air conditioned, had an ocean view, a kitchen, a rain shower, and they were able to accommodate anything else we needed. I’d come back here any time I return to Greece.
