5 reviewsThe Viana hotel is rather small but cosy (apart)hotel. We stayed in a 'executive room with sea view'. The room was large enough and the beds were good. The balcony is large enough to place a table and 2 chairs. There was sea view over the roofs of the lower buildings of the town. The bathroom is modern, large enough and very clean. Small detail: there was no shower gel or shampoo so we had to go in town and buy a bottle that was way too large to be allowed on the plane back so we had to leave it there. Just a minor minus: on our floor we smelled some cat pee, however the hotel really is very, very clean and the staff works very hard to keep it that way. Don't know where that smell came from. Breakfast was a delight. It's served on the terrace of the hotel. A wonderful place to start your day. No buffet here but service at your table. Breakfast is a plate with some biscuits, a cookie, a piece of savory pie, a hard boiled egg, a piece of fruit and with that butter, cheese and some sweets. All that served with pretty good coffee or tea and the wonderful smile of the lady of the house.
