the view on the mountains is great, the location is very good, simple furnishing, everyday cleaning, though not regular changing of towels and bedsheets, the owners, are very helpful, its pet friendly with airconditioning , some rooms have a small kitchen (though you have to ask for cutlery)

Good for the money spend, clean rooms, beautiful view, good services,San Pedro is a very cheap accommodation in Agios Petros, Lefkada.The rooms are very clean (maid doing a good job), but the furniture is very old, and some are broken kitchen bodies. The villa is exactly the road, and the nearest beach (Vassilki) is 5 min drive.

This small hotel is bit far from the Vasiliki, however nearest village is in the walking distance. This is good place to stay for few days (we stay 4), however I will not recommend for longer.Renting the car is the must.
Needs updating. Unfortunately chairs and tables are very old. Cleaning is also not as good as it should be, and one day (Tuesday) our room was not cleaned.
The beds are big and comfortable, and kitchen has some basic stuff, such as plates, cups, glasses, pan and two pots. There is A/C and Wi-Fi (very slow one). There is bathroom/WC room, and the view is stunning (mountain) .
The young guy, who welcome us was very kind and helpful, he even give us the map of Lefkada and explain where to go and what to visit. 
Generally : good for short stay on budget holiday.

Good:
1 solid location close to the top beaches of Lefkada and to Vasiliki
2 clean and simple
3 air conditioning

Bad:
1 no cutlery in the kitchen and the owner doesn't see why this is a problem - bring your own cutlery just in case
2 sometimes other guests are too noisy

With some small efforts it can be a solid 4, however due to the aforementioned problems i would give 3 

Not bad value for money with some remarks

We stopped in San Pedro along with kids for one night. The next day we took the ferryboat to Kefalonia. From the beginning we had difficulty with the owner who did not want to give us new rooms booked and confirmed even before our arrival. The owner spoke no English and we had to make contact with his son to clarify the situation with our reservations.
