Really Great accomodation. Fabulous views. Great facilities. Very clean. Great value. Moira is a sweetheart and makes such an effort with guests. A real home from home. Highly recommended. Just relax and enjoy. We have had a lovely holiday :)

Stayed three nights, could have easily spent there more. The room was very nice and cosy, not luxurious, but perfectly sufficient, great value for price. Everything was in perfect condition. All rooms are facing the sea, and you can enjoy many sunsets, breakfasts or just lazy afternoons sitting on the balcony. There were two common kitchens, well-equipped and kept perfectly clean. Our host, Moira was wonderfully nice and helpful. An added bonus, just across the road is Paleokastritsa's probably quietest beach. Beautiful bay with shingle beach, no crowd at all, look for the stairways heading down just across Anthimos. Wish we had more time to stay here, definitely coming back here when next in Corfu.

I was impressed about the Island and the place of our studio! The studio and the kitchen are well equipped! Everything was very clean and organized. The only thing was the shower, the curtain was not suitable to avoid a water ballet in the bathroom! THe view was amazing and Moira was a very very good hostess. A very good quality and price

Small but perfectly formed! We had a wonderful week staying in Anthimos rooms. There are 3 apartments.  Rooms 1 and 3 have a fully equipped little kitchen, room 2 is a bedroom, but with a kettle and toaster and little fridge provided.
The view from the balcony over the bay was stunning, we never got tired of sitting having breakfast looking at the view. There is a little table and 2 chairs on the balcony for each room. 
Moira who looks after you is a delightful English lady , the original Shirley Valentine , who met her Greek husband, fell in love and has stayed.nothing is too much trouble, and she is a mine of useful information about the local area. You will meet her cousins uncles etc etc running the boats, hotels and tavernas in the vicinity! We felt part of the family.
Everything is on your doorstep, a wonderful little supermarket 2 minutes walk away that sells everything you could possibly need, fresh bread, tea, Booze, cold meat fruit, cheese etc etc.  Hotel Odysseus is 5 minutes walk..in Corfu you can use the hotels polls and sun beds for free,, just buy a drink or snack from the pool bar. You can also have an evening meal there..buffet style 10 euros a head for a fantastic buffet.  There are also some lovely tavernas with gorgeous sea views within 5 minutes walks.
Great snorkelling beach ..bit rocky down some steps 100 yards from the apartment.
2 beaches within 10 minutes walk..down hill.  Also plenty of choice for boat rides round the bay from the beach.
We hired a little car from Royal Cars..cost 70 euros for the week, met us at the airport.  Great value very economical and fun for exploring the island.  
Moira can advise on airport transfers if you don't want to hire a car.
No car access to the property, but you can park in the little layby, and then have to carry your cases up about 30 steps...well worth it for the view.
There is a wonderful monastery with fabulous views and a glorious cafe in Paleocastritsa, you can walk it, good stretch up the hill, but go before 9 am or after 5 to avoid the coaches.
We had a fabulous holiday and I would thoroughly recommend Anthimos rooms as a great budget stay .

I never would have imagined that I could get a beautiful ocean view on a budget, but I did with Anthimos Rooms. The place is charming, albeit small, and our room had it's own kitchen. It is within walking distance of the beach, the port, and several tavernas and shops. The owner, Moira, was great! We arrived in Corfu really early, and she made sure to have the room cleaned and ready early so that we could check in. She keeps the place very clean, and provided us with great information about the town. It was such a great value for the money, too. I would highly recommend Anthimos Rooms to anyone (even if you are used to nice hotels). The only downside is that there was no wifi, but it really didn't matter and it's nice to be disconnected every once in a while. If you really must have wifi, there's a taverna across the street with great views and free wifi.

Steps up to the apartments a bit daunting, but once there the views from your balcony are amazing.
Small rooms with twin beds. there is storage for your clothes etc, 
Present clean and tidy. Air con  a welcome sight in  room.
Bathroom shower works fine but small and shower curtain waste of time as it sticks to you and water all over floor.
Moira the owner calls round every 2 days to change towels and clean.
kitchenette  next  door to room was very dated , no microwave or toaster.
That said views and location made up for  small things.
Other apartments do offer a pool , so there is plenty of choice.
