A lovely place to stay. Fantastic room with everything you need. Spotless and daily service with regular change of linen and towels etc. Rebecca and her staff were tremendous- very welcoming, cheery, helpful, attentive and always contactable if you needed anything. There are shared outdoor seating areas on both levels and these were very clean and comfortable. 
Well recommended and although we are unlikely to be back in Hydra if we are this is where we would want to stay. First class

Clean, distance to the port, service always available... I couldn't find something negative to say

We found this little budget hostel via booking.com and didn't know quite what to expect! But it was a really nice simple place. Very clean, quiet, easy check in and out. Comfortable bed, good bathroom. Safe to leave bags there on the final day so didn't have to carry them round with us. Good location and shops nearby for supplies. Sounded complicated to find it from the harbour but actually it was fine.

We stayed in room 1 for 3 nights in June whilst visiting Hydra .
The inner courtyard is shady & cool - perfect for relaxing in after a hot day in the sun.
The rooms are well equipped with lovely furnishings & a fantastic shower room .
It’s a 5 min walk from the port & in an ideal quiet location.
The owner Vagelis is very helpful and ensured we had a great stay . 
We were lucky to be in Hydra during the annual Miaoulia Festival and saw the fantastic re-enactment and the amazing fireworks .
We would definitely recommend Filenia when visiting Hydra 

We had first floor room with double bed. Wi-fi connection very good, owners friendly, central location. We got everything what we wanted for €50 per night. I would recommend it for short time stay. Air conditioning was working perfect. Kettle and basic toiletries in the bathroom.

The accommodation is very central, and by that I mean it's a 2/3 min walk to the marina. 
The room was spotless and all went well, however the highlight was Rebecca our host. What a woman. Nothing was too much trouble, and her local knowledge was priceless and shared with pleasure. Rebecca did our washing and was pleased to help in any way she could. 
Although Rebecca worked a dayshift, she made herself available 24 hours if there was an issue.

Amazing for couples !

Friendly small hotel

We booked rooms with my boyfriend and one week before we went the room was cancelled for no apparent reason. We were told that there was an issue with the system and the booking didn't go through. When we complained at the booking site the owner told us the room was now freed up. However we had already cancelled our tickets. Our holidays were basically ruined. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, the owner basically should not have a hotel. He is not fit for the job!!!

Awful - just awful unprofessional experience

Stayed for two nights in a room that has no similarity to the pictures at the website. Cables hanging over pillows, no trash can in room, tapes support TV set from falling. Maid did not collect empty plastic bottles in the room. During our stay there was noone available for information like wifi access. Noone available at check in either.

Bad quality in amenities

Not recommended. I have heard great things about other hotels in the area and it was the only one available for the days I visited. SO not worth it. The rooms have nothing in common with the pictures.
